If you want to visit a military museum that is anything but dry, I highly recommend the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Virginia. Lots of interactive elements and tons of dioramas/set pieces. It's probably the best museum I've ever been to.
You was in my neck of the woods in Pikeville. Those dinosaurs are off 581. They light them up every night. The colors that they have on them now are purple, red, blue and green.
I was thinking In-A-Goda-Da-Vida, you know, with the Iron Butterfly and all..... You do a great job finding interesting places and your narration skills are excellent. I think your addition of the very brief hotel room "reveals" will add to the appeal of your videos. People tend to be curious about that aspect of travel.
Yogi Bear you visited used to live right down the road from me. Leon has collected on signs as long as I remember. He is an excellent sign painter. When back in Rocky Mount, come visit the big woman at MNO. She is a beauty. You were about 20 minutes from me. Glad you are in Eastern NC.
I live in Fayetteville NC and have visited this museum on several occasions , but one you should have visited is the museum of the cape fear which is located in Fayetteville , and is a fascinating museum highlighting the history of the region. I had no idea that the Crypto museum existed in Littleton NC. I will have to visit it .
Hi carpet bagger i thought i would send a comment the last year i have been battleing with depression and suicide thpught just to let u know im better now and i have to thank you for ur videos it really helped me threw most of it
Littleton is a quirky kind of area so I'm not surprised a Crypto/Paranormal museum didn't eventually fit in. They're kinda out there in an area closer to VA than the rest of NC and not really close to the rest of Halifax County or Warren County. Just kinda "floats" out there so I'm sure a Bigfoot would be comfortable in that area. Nice to see you close to my "neck of the woods" in NC. Thanks for going to the JFKSWC Museum. I was there during a break in training a few years back and they've added several new areas so I need to make a return along with a visit to the Airborne museum.
I stopped at that eiffel tower on a road trip a few months ago. It is definitely the most interesting thing in Fayetteville NC. The moon eyed people are at the Cherokee county history museum in Murphy NC, I visited there because of your video on it.
You should go to the Berman Museum in Anniston, Alabama which has similar stuff to the JFK Special Warfare Museum. The founders were WWII spies, and they have Hitler’s tea set and a statue belonging to Mussolini. The natural history museum next door is neat too.
Another great video. When you were in Kenly NC you were about 20 minutes from our house. You should have stopped at the Whirli Gig park in Wilson NC ( between kenly and rocky mount)
Awesome, video. I'm glad you survived South of the Border. I could spend hours in any museum or exhibit you go to. Like you, I love the Mothman, and other cryptids. I love all animals, especially reptiles, such as gators, crocs and snakes. I'm also fascinated by taxidermy. I grew up going to the Museum of Natural History in NYC.
Hey you should check out Water World in Colorado they have a combination of a dark ride and water slide. They were the first to invent animatronics on water slides not Disney.
That eiffel tower is near the hospital. We saw it everyday when we went to visit my FIL when he was there back in 2013. Jacob! U were in my neck of the woods! Eastern NC has lots of roadside attractions! Have you ever visited the world's largest frying pan in Rose Hill, NC?
Next time you are in the Fayetteville area, you need to visit the US Airborne and Special Ops Museum. I would also love to see you tour the Marine Corps Museum.
If you like the military stuff, go to the National Airforce museum. Really cool to see all those planes and war stuff. They have an area with a handful of presidential Air Force One planes . They have JFK’s, Obama’s, and many more.
I sometimes think that the DMV got ideas for licence pictures from mug shots at the county jail. You think your license picture is weird, you should get a load of mine. It's so sad!
Side note* when using a K2 meter… just press the button and release it. It’s on.. press again and release, it’s off. You were basically holding it in the on/off reset position. Lol just FYI. Great job anyway.😁👻
I was at fort Bragg in the early seventies when my brother got out of the military was just eleven or twelve years old remember going to ghost town USA and frontier village also going to the ocean then back threw Gatlinburg long family trip traveling in the smokies with a pop-up camper trailer In the of my dad's impala. Great memories
That driver’s license photo without the hat makes me laugh out loud. Imagine if he had his signature hat on. Also, that Paranormal museum is always a good treat to go to. Have fun Jake!!
Hello Jacob thanks for the video! Those outdoor sculptures were very impressive especially the butterflies and dragonflies. Absolutely beautiful 🦋✨❤️ Really enjoyed the the paranormal museum too. Best wishes and safe travels ☀️
Oh yeah if anyone here has heard of the pc horror game developers known as Puppet Combo then you'll all about their work & how awesome they are the reason why i mentioned them is because when Jacob mentioned the Bunny Man killer that reminded me that in one of puppet combo's games there's a killer dressed as a bunny
This October you should go to Rising Haunted Attraction in Waynesville MO. They always change it up every year and it is always fun. The owner told us you have a fan that volunteers there.
HEY, JACOB How's It Going... Well your Just Traveling down that Lonesome Road Yes I'm really enjoying this museum I like anything Military and different kinds of stuff like this and love my Guns, Guns, Guns, wow that So not right treating Prisoners like that Maybe you should check out more military museum Ok take care stay safe and will see you on the next video projects
Cool warfare museum and 12:23 look att the surgery scar on the bear´s belly. The haunted clown doll.... its looks so living and relaxed. Your backseat, i watched few times while you talked !
I actually saw what military does with the rubber Chicken. it's a reflex test. the people in charge uses a rubber Chicken near a soldiers face and tells him not to laugh. if he laughs,he's punished with push-ups
Jacob, really enjoyed your video! I don't believe in big foot and really don't think he exists. Spooky at the paranormal museum. Will you be going to Ed and Lorraine Warrens museum?
I love how the start of vlog emplies that Jacobs sleeps with the Crocs on 😻
The opening with the crocs in the bed- priceless!
I'm imagining the red dress ghost being disappointed they put a "do not sit" sign on her favorite chair
Great Iron Butterfly reference there Jacob, but you were humming Deep Purple's "smoke on the water" lol 😆 😉
If you want to visit a military museum that is anything but dry, I highly recommend the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Virginia. Lots of interactive elements and tons of dioramas/set pieces. It's probably the best museum I've ever been to.
My 4 year old just came into the room and said "Hey you all! Carpetbagger here coming to you live from the great state of....." then they trailed off.
Pikesville is where i grew up! I always get so excited when we go that way to show my son those dinosaurs
Omg that drivers license photo gave me a good laugh 😂
You was in my neck of the woods in Pikeville. Those dinosaurs are off 581. They light them up every night. The colors that they have on them now are purple, red, blue and green.
With things like the haunted sad clown of +25:20, you have to wonder who would originally buy a horrific item like this in the first place.

Yeah I was wondering if that's what he meant to sing rather than Smoke on the Water
I saw the mouth move
Carpetbagger, It appears that Your full time living on the road now. Its the life you've chosen and the life that suits you.
That fist gun at the beginning is pretty much the two step goodbye from Fallout New Vegas! Incredible!
I live in Fayetteville NC and have visited this museum on several occasions , but one you should have visited is the museum of the cape fear which is located in Fayetteville , and is a fascinating museum highlighting the history of the region. Thank you for viewing the special service museum I do not drive and from Canada so viewing these places is very interesting

It’s crazy you went to the Bordeaux center in Fayetteville and were few miles away from 3 museums in the downtown area
I’ve been to the Air Force museum several times since I was a kid. Can you tell me what the other two are?
I stopped at that eiffel tower on a road trip a few months ago. It is definitely the most interesting thing in Fayetteville NC. The moon eyed people are at the Cherokee county history museum in Murphy NC, I visited there because of your video on it.
I almost went to the Cryptozoology & Paranormal Museum when I visited NC back in December but ran out of time. Glad I could see it here!
There is a Yogi Bear Chicken still open in Hartsville South Carolina
The blue pin on the cryptid map is close to where I live on Lake Norman. Have heard & seen some strange things around the lake at night no joke
Would love to have my yard filled with those Butterflies or one of those Giant Dinosaur skeletons.
Tastee Freez Mascots: That would be "Eff" there at Donnie's Covertte Specialists. "Tee" would have his left hand up.
OMG! I wish I knew you were here!! I live on Fort Bragg. So much fun sad I missed ya!
Nice to see you in your element!
You did a Deep Purple Song when you meant to do an Iron Butterfly song, but we got the reference. Thank you for your fun videos!
Oh yeah & that story about Barney the Sun Bear was cute & sad
You should go to the Berman Museum in Anniston, Alabama which has similar stuff to the JFK Special Warfare Museum. The founders were WWII spies, and they have Hitler’s tea set and a statue belonging to Mussolini. The natural history museum next door is neat too.

Wow - that military museum is incredibly well curated! My brother was curator of the FBI museum just after 9/11. Perhaps you would visit it one day.
I feel like Tarantino might have got some ideas for his WW2 epic from that "Special War" museum...
I thought the same, Inglorious is the only time I’ve seen the gun glove implemented.
Really enjoyed this one Jacob, love the chats you have with the owners of the attractions. Thanks :)

Love the fun intros Jacob! It’s not lonesome, we’re here with you! Safe travels!!!
Like the reference to iron butterfly.
Thank goodness you did not stay at the Pine Motel. I had enough anxiety about you staying at the SOTB 😂😂
I was waiting for bed bugs to jump out of the bed with him. 🤣
Punchgun is 100% going to be the name of my metal band.
Barney was not only adorably cute, but also a very interesting centerpiece in Ft. Bragg Museum.
Hey you should check out Water World in Colorado they have a combination of a dark ride and water slide. They were the first to invent animatronics on water slides not Disney.

If and when you are in D.C., visit the Spy Museum. If have been prior to 2019 they are in a new location, so visit again.
Finally, someone else who sleeps in their crocs. I was concerned I was the only one
I Didn't know I owned a Tasty Twin. Sorry could resist be your friend has the same name as me. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
When you turn on the K2, just turn it on and stop pressing the on off switch.
On your trip North you should stop in Philadelphia and visit the Mutter Museum. It is a medical museum of oddities.
Hi Jacob hope you have safe & fun blessed travels my friend !!!
Next time you are in the Fayetteville area, you need to visit the US Airborne and Special Ops Museum.

NGL That gold-plated AK was so sexy, but wouldn't the barrel warp from the heat? Serious question lol
also giant metal crab was so cool lol
I sometimes think that the DMV got ideas for licence pictures from mug shots at the county jail. You think your license picture is weird, you should get a load of mine. It's so sad!
Great video. If you like famous taxidermy animals you should come to the fireman’s museum in New Bern, NC and see Fred the horse.
Side note* when using a K2 meter… just press the button and release it. It’s on.. press again and release, it’s off.

I really want to go to the Cryptozoology museum but nope I won't do haunted dolls.

Yeah. Don’t need to see Jacob’s carpet and bags.
Very cool museum love your blogs, happy croc man😎
Military museums are fine with me there's always something different in them besides guns that's why I go
I live in North Carolina. Learned so much about my state Thank you.
Would of been cool if they had that snake that bit his own tail like on your card at serpentarium
Crocs in bed? Now there's a kink!
What fair should check out Big E fair dates through September 16 October 2 2022 in west Springfield Ma.
Great intro
This October you should go to Rising Haunted Attraction in Waynesville MO. They always change it up every year and it is always fun. The owner told us you have a fan that volunteers there.
