      So true, you can even notice rip has crazy movement in his recent review of his tag 2 set. Excessive movement in the neutral isn't needed as much in Tekken 7(which kinda sux)

    3:59 I've been really inspired by your performances recently Rip. It's stuff like this that makes you the most enjoyable Law player to watch by a large margin cause you really make the character your own despite the goofy choices in neutral. This is one of those examples where the wild antics turn into legitimately strong strategy. Your match against Book at CEO was awesome because you really got into his head. I hope you play more, we don't care if you win, we just want to see more gameplay from you because you really are a treat to watch and are very exciting every time.

    • @GamerGobind
      @GamerGobind 4 года назад +1

      @Leon Jones Bro there have been many changes. The main one being the DSS cancel needed much more precision in Tekken 6. Others include the 4+3,3 was not a launcher before but only use to knockout the opponents. The attacks from the DSS have changed, the back 2,2 has been changed to back 1,1 in staple combos, etc.

    • @MarcusDobson916
      @MarcusDobson916 4 года назад +1

      @Leon Jones DSS 4 in TTT2 was a low that had a mid extension that launched it was dss 4,3. No auto parry from DSS. Movement nerfed so db2, bt stuff doesn't work properly...which is how rip was beating people in T6 and TTT2 with db2 mix ups, same with just frame James.
      A lot of changes to moves to make you have to use them like banana peel, it's actually good now

      Different times. Rip was a consistent tournament player back then that focused more on the competitive side with a tekken 6 law which was close to top tier in this game while some would place him in top 5 and had a lot of good wins against known players so at most i would call this win a bit surprising but far from an upset.
