Elite Dangerous - The LONG AWAITED Changes to Engineering

Engineering is being re-balanced in the upcoming patch for Elite Dangerous. Frontier's goal is to make Engineering less random, less time consuming and generally more player friendly. This will be released as a part of the update called "Type-8".
