First off the Leopard 🐆 is an ambush predator. They would not meet face to face. Leopards also have experience fighting other big cats and hyenas. Add cat reflexes into the mix. That bird ain't got no chance

Cassowary has my bet. They are just as fast and one swipe and its over. Unless it's like a pounce. Unlike most other "similar" flightless birds. A cassowary won't run away like an ostrich. They are extremely territorial and if the leopard didn't pounce at the right moment. The Cassowary would react with both feet forward and a giant beak to the face.
Leopards are absolutely fierce, but they are ambush predators. Cassowary, protecting an egg especially. Is nothing to sneer at.
