In today's video I show you some you a day in my life filled with some shopping and cooking. I make a easy naadan lunch. Hope you like it.
BASMATI RICE
Potato - 2 nos
Coconut oil - 11/2 tbs
Big onion - 2 nos
Cabbage - 2 Cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1tbs
Curry Leaves
Salt( according to taste )
TOMATO - 2 nos
Water - 2 Cups
Coconut milk - 1/2 Cup
brinjal - 1 nos
green chillies - 7 - 8 nos
Garlic - 3 Flakes
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Gooseberry - Small lemon size
Salt( according to taste )
Water-1/2 Cup
Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Apricot
green chilli - 1 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/4 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Sugar - 2 tbs
Coconut milk - 1/4 - 1/2 Cup
Ghee - 1 1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Small onion - 2 - 3 nos
Coconut oil - 2 tbs

Hi hope you and family are all doing good. I use fryer for potatoes / sweet potatoes mezhukkupuratti also. They come out very well. The weather must be great there now.
