This is truly exceptional. I've been looking all over for something like this and yours is the best example out there. Do you have any files for other Nikon ai-s primes? I have a full kit and would like to convert them all with your designs!
Great work! Does this rehousing work without the canon EF adapt, i have a nikon f - nex, and i want to use it on a nex mount... Does someone has a link for the hood and step down? ( aliexpress preferable)
@MountainBreezeStudio Hey, amazing work as always! Would you mind uploading the STEP or Fusion360 files to thingiverse for making changes? I don't have the Nikon lens but a set of old Yashica ML lenses and it would be great if I can make a remix for them. best regards
Unfortunately, I can't design it because I don't know the LP mount. Do you mean L mount or PL mount? If it's an L mount, that's not possible because there are no L mount lenses to reference in the design. The PL mount rear cap can be found in the download file from the link in the description section of the previous video. Please refer to the link below. ruclips.net/video/TMSPfAO5tUc/видео.html
@@jrvelarde4002 Not all lenses have the same external specs, but most are designed to maintain a 114mm or 100mm outer diameter. (Especially the uniform outer and inner diameters of the front are necessary for compatibility with Matterbox and filters) However, in some versions, these figures were too large and bizarre, so they were designed a little smaller. In this case, specific figures and specifications are indicated in the video description section, so please refer to each video description section.
Wow so nice this!!! Definitely want to dig into this kind of rehousing. With a 3d printer at home that need a new challenge. I use my canon fd 35-105 parfocal zoom so much lately. And since the only extending part of the lens is the zoom front element. Would it be possible to rehouse such kind of a lens. The lens focus trough is about 160 degree and extends. Thing. About 4 mm forwards. The zoom is internal. The lens is super sharp on digital. And the super parfocal use of it makes it so nice with my cinema use! I’m myself a 3D animator and BTS film maker. So i can use 3D software haha but never made anything with that presision as you did. Love to here from you. Cheers Leonard.
Do you create these lens rehousings for fun or do you design these for someone else for profesional use? Or do you use them for your own work? This is one of the most interesting things I've ever seen on the internet.
Most of them are designed to be used directly for one of my hobbies: shooting videos. So, designing these lens housings is just an incidental thing for video shooting. And I am not very interested in professional design work for business purposes, where others work on request.

Sorry! I don't have any more working files because I don't have other lenses.

감사합니다. ^^
Hi these rehousing designs are amazing! Great work man. Will these fit my Nikon Ai 28mm f2.8 and 35mm f2.8? Thanks!
Thanks for the comment. Designed to fit the Nikon 50mm f1.4, so it won't fit any other lens. ;)
@@MountainBreezeStudio thanks!

Hi
I really admire your work.
Can you design a simple LP mount rear cap?

Sorry yes PL mount.
Hi there, what is the outer diameter of the front of the lens? 95mm? 114mm? 110mm? I would like to use a matte box with it
Hi, The outer diameter is 114mm. :)
@@MountainBreezeStudio thank you! is this for all of your other lenses ? except for the updated helios housing?
