    MY PROFILE:
I started fishing when I was just a young kid and instantly fell in love with Bass Fishing. Started fishing tournaments when I was in high school and have been fishing them ever since. For years I fished every tournament I could enter sometimes fishing as many as 45 tournaments a year. I qualified for the Elites when I was 30 but didn't have the sponsors or money to compete so I turned it down. Got sponsor support later and fished the FLW Tour for 2 years and having been fishing the Toyotas since 2006. I’ve won 5 Angler of the Year Titles becoming the only fishermen to have more than 3 AOYs in the Toyota series. Won numerous events along the way that has helped shape my way into working for Strike King as head of product innovation. Along the way, I picked up a camera and started filming my endeavors. I have now fallen in love with making videos about fishing and delivering it to you. Follow along the journey...it should be an honest and fun ride!

Thanks for all the hard work to put these videos out to help show us your thought process each day on the water. It’s not a magic lure or bait, it’s finding active fish in the right location. You keep it real, showing us the good the bad and everything in between. 👍

I respect what u do Todd. Theres alot of ways to teach on youtube. Once u get past the beginner stuff, the big questions we should be asking ourselves are all about timing, pacing, mindset, information gathering and interpretation. Its not exciting like crazy hooksets and magic baits. Leave that stuff for the kids who dont know better. Theyre gonna spend their life at the dock askin "Are they biting today? What color?" While the rest of us are out there thinking and truly growing as anglers.
Cant thank you enough for this channel. I think i like this series even better than either of the "waters" series.

Just finished watching the series and I have to admit it would often take me 30-45 min to watch even the shorter vids because I found myself playing back stuff and trying to catch every little thing you were doing and explaining. The stuff is very very good but you really have to pay attention to get everything. I think that's what makes it good. No one else is doing this. Good work!

Please keep doing what you do. You are exactly right. I've been fishing and hunting all my life and catching them in a pond or a pay to fish place like some bait companies do is not a true representation of real life situations. It looks good but the fish, the deer, the turkeys do what they do to survive. There is a major difference.

Thank You, I appreciate this content about your time at Eufaula, because it literally is what happens to most of us every weekend. I would call this a Master Course in fishing for big ones, not just dink catches to say you caught something. Practice is no guarantee that tournament will get results you want. I have picked up several things or adjustments that you made and I certainly will put them into practice next time on the water. Stay true, this is the REAL CONTENT. Thanks brother...

Hey Todd, these series videos are great! Can’t speak for anyone else but I learn a lot. Fish catches and bait tips are cool and all but the mental aspect of fishing is the hardest part to figure out. We all get sucked into our own comfort zone and do the same things over and over cause they worked once. Seeing your “process” is great insight. Nobody else is doing that..
Keep grinding and good luck on the next one!

Your on the water practice/ tournament series is very special. Has opened my eyes to a higher level! Reasons for not many views are time of year, every one is outside and not cooped up indoors. Just like jonnys fish the moment, and Ben's MF'er videos or fish 30 videos. It's what it really is, not the fish for 4 days and showing how ya smashed 'em. Stay true

Love the series…. I’m trying to be a better fisherman, catch more, catch better, on different lakes here in East Texas… nothing against the click baiters, but this is a good series

This was one of the best series with the practice and the tournaments you have done. The tougher the fishing, the better the video. Most people don't see that. If you had pulled up on one spot and caught your limit in 30 minutes, none of your viewers would learn much. Hope you do more of these. Thanks.

I've learned more from you than anyone else other than my, now deceased, FIL. He was an incredible smallmouth fisherman who spent most of his fishing time chasing those brown fish in the East Tennessee lakes. You make what you do very understandable.

Man the bass were tearing it up daily during March to the 3rd week in May. Everyday snaggin’ them like clock work. Top water, Crankin’, Plastics….all hittin’ on all presentations. Then……. Click! The switch turned off. Couldn’t buy a bite last three trips. Real life.

So day 1 when those fish are blowing up on your perch further off the bank, do you think they were setup just off the bank structure because of the falling water, or do you think they were following your bait out and waiting to commit until then?

Don’t stop please I have learned so much from all these series. Got to remember that the tournament world is small. A lot of guys I guess just want to see fish caught. Most guys that do educational stuff say the same thing people just want a quick fix. Guys the tournament fish understand exactly what your saying. Keep it up thanks
