Big Gun EXO SS Slip-on Exhaust & Power Box | 2018 Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP Hunter

Installing & initial thoughts on the BigGUN EXO stainless steel slipon muffler for my 18 Polaris Sportsman 1000XP. Also installed the BigGUN powerbox aka power commander to properly set the air/fuel ratio because of the improved exhaust flow.

You should do a sound test at 2 feet and constant 3100 rpm. This is the test the dnr do here in Michigan. Should not exceed 99 decibels.

Well how do you like it? Did you notice a performance boost? I just installed mine on my outlander 800x xc and it’s a beast. I couldn’t believe the difference in torque and response in the throttle. Let me know your thoughts. I’m very pleased.

It didn’t fit properly because it’s missing the black end cap I ordered the same one for my 2021 850 and I went to put it in and noticed the same thing that it almost wasn’t long enough so I asked big gun and they were shocked to see the exhaust missing the black tip they don’t even sell anything that looks like this all their exhausts have a black tip
