Something i absolutely love about this collab is 1) finding all these new creators! 2) even if you all had the exact same prompt you'd still each make something completely unique and thats so cool
Tineeeeeee. You truly channelled your inner engineer/technology/future person and made something great. You inspire me to want to try stop motion, this is so great! The little wave?! It looks like your robot would be in the game Bioshock, if Bioshock was wholesome and cute.
Very well done. That is a great build. I made a 20 second stop motion film many years ago when I was in film school and it took about a week. Your stop motion was great.
Oh wow, I love this so much and enjoyed your entire video and process. I got here via Bill's channel and I'm now subscribing to yours and looking forward to checking out your other work.
You could reduce the intensity of that light by having it shine up through an L shaped pipe. You can paint the inside of the pipe any colour. So if you used a light green on the inside, the glow would be greenish. I got the idea from a friend who cosplayed skekTek from the Dark Crystal. In order to reduce the intensity of the LED in his eye, he shined the light through an L-shaped pipe. The pipe also isolated any light leaks and directed the light to go only where it was intended. It was still bright enough without having to look directly at the bulb. I'm sure for the two little side windows you could find a work around.
The wire of the arms are snapping because the aluminium works harden. By bending you introduce strain and the material gets harder and harder until it snaps. The only thing to avoid this would be to reheat and anneal it. That is quite difficult after painting and all the greebles.
I LOVE him. When I saw the other videos in the list, my first thought was, these would be cooler if t hey could be used in stop motion." And along came your video.
I liked and subscribed anyway! Also, the animation was super smooth and the little guy looks great! I always love the chunkiness of old diving suits and you captured that very well along with the fun comedy designs of the 30's-40's so great work!
I loved this video and build. I’m always a sucker for old school deep sea diving helmets and lights in a figure/model. And again, great work on the divine Bill animation. Hope we can collaborate again some day!
I have the exact same Dremel, I found it unwieldy after using it for extended periods but there's like a tall stand with an extension which is long and flexible and smaller than the actual dremel itself which makes it much easier to use in the long run.
That little bot is so freaking adorable and the bike light is such a cool detail! I would definitely buy one to put on my bike if they were sold in stores… and also if I owned a bike 😅
That turned out awesome! Randomly stumbled upon one of these TBBB videos and am now going through all of them, this is a really cool little maker corner I hadn't known about before!
I always look forward to your videos, Tine, but this was an extra awesome treat. I really hope you've started a trend for customised, anthropomorphised/robotified bike lights.
Hi Tine, I really like your bot! Fits right in Bill's world. I had to jump through your building process though, the background music while you were talking was so distracting. Sorry about that. I did subscribe though, very curious about your other work :)
This was great, thanks for taking part!
Thank you for including me!
Where is Cat? I haven't seen Cat for awhile.

I know right! I love how different all the bots are!
Lovely stuff, Tine
Thanks Dan!
Tine: 'I did a major in stop-motion back in college...'
Me: *thinks about my major in disgust*
What a charming little lad, with the fish prompt I half expected the head to be a fish bowl, but the diving bell with the lights looks fantastic
Beads, huh? That's a novel and unique idea. You should trademark it or something!

Thank you Witty!
I'm getting some real 1970s Doctor Who vibes from that, he's like a little Brain of Morbius :D
The bill head has spoken, now i shall follow you
Yessssssss the best bike light!
I had to steal it from my housemate’s bike 🙈
Tine, are you somehow related to Simone Giertz? You share that chaotic, mad scientist/mad engineer energy, I love it! Awesome! 😅
💚
Great job. My respects!
Very well done. That is a great build. I made a 20 second stop motion film many years ago when I was in film school and it took about a week. Your stop motion was great.
I would absolutely watch a stop motion short with this little cutie! Love them
I’ll get on it!
It doesn't seem like your regular content, but if you made more stop motion puppets in the future I would love to watch! This was really cool.

I see the chem plant bits in there. Good job.

I loved this video and build. I’m always a sucker for old school deep sea diving helmets and lights in a figure/model. And again, great work on the divine Bill animation. Hope we can collaborate again some day!
Thanks! Yeah I’ve always wanted to do something with a vintage diving suit, such recognisable shapes!
I have the exact same Dremel, I found it unwieldy after using it for extended periods but there's like a tall stand with an extension which is long and flexible and smaller than the actual dremel itself which makes it much easier to use in the long run.
Oh! Thanks for the tip!
Wat een schatje! Zo leuk gemaakt!
Love the stop motion part! The music goes well with the robot

Great video Tine! Only missing a little fish swimming around in his head. It's cool to see the ups and downs of it all coming together.
Thanks! I wish I could’ve made the fish but it was a bit too hard with the time constraints I had 🥲 I’ll have to have another go!
Hes alive! I love your little stop motion bot, his stripey socks, his bike light head and also your cute mushroom hat. Amazing work Tine. Bravo!! 🍄🙌

I love toadstool beret! New to the channel (Blame Bill. (Or thank him, your choice.)), so I don't know if that is typical around here.

So cute! Well done!
Thank you! 😊
Bill sent me and glad he did
Hi Tine, I really like your bot! Fits right in Bill's world. I had to jump through your building process though, the background music while you were talking was so distracting. Sorry about that. I did subscribe though, very curious about your other work :)
Ok but, I love them 🥺. Excellent work
Your bot is so cute. I love that it has articulation!
Could you make a short about that blue flower plant on your table?
It’s part of Plants Nowhere to be Found, a magical plant book I made with Trent from Miscast! You can watch videos about it on his channel!
Such a cute bot! Will be both liking and subscribing, even though you didn't ask me to.
Oh thank you!
