Whats cool is that its resource guarding, but Golden Retrievers are too friendly to do it the normal doggy way. I had this problem when I got a border collie puppy. My 2 year old Aussie wasn't having it, anytime I gave the puppy attention she went ballistic. I had to give the puppy back to the breeder. Golden Retrievers are such gentle dogs.
