    Volvo lists the power from factory as 345 horsepower and 369 pound feet of torque. Mine did WAY more than that at 313whp/395wtq. With even 12% parasitic losses (which is very low for AWD cars), that would put my car at 355 crank horsepower and 448 crank pound feet of torque. This is bananas!

    I love seeing people go through all the things i did when i first got my Pstar. After SOOO much testing and trying different things my last HP #'s were 373WHP and 492WTQ. Im currently working on trying to go much bigger turbo to avoid all that instant power down low which is very hard on the Transmission.

      Same! I have a Stage 2 (Hilton) 2016 RD 3.0 (poor man's P*) - 356 whp, 539wtq, the power is outrageous, and I have purchased additional cooling equipment for the transmission (similar to "builtforspeed"s YT channel). Good luck with the sourcing and let us know how it goes!

    Since I can’t afford a new volvo anymore.. I been tuning my XC70, already started with r-design conversion, not sure how volvo was planning it becaue they clearly were going to make an XC70 RD but they didn’t. White papers I have discovered with RD options for XC70 indicate they planning to use matte or satin black for adds ons to match the exterior body cladding I guess. Weirdly I also found they going to use paint matched colors as well. But options I found indicating possible RD was in the works was: rear spoiler, mirror caps, rim colors all having r-design options on this white paper. Nothing confirmed and speaking with my sale’s guy as I call him he great source of info he told me he think they would have gone with matching the cladding, as may appear more aggressive vs body color matched.
    Should mention, still around that 415 WHP from my last tune but it feels better now, and sounds godly on these Borla’s!

    I was wondering what gear you were in, it's worth noting that the torque is limited in the first three gears (pretty severely in first and second). Torque is limited to 380 Nm in 1st, 400 Nm in 2nd and 450 Nm in 3rd (280, 295 and 332 lb-ft respectively).
    The factory torque figure was originally advertised as 500+ Nm, with about 550 Nm in the upper gears. They didn't claim the full torque because the lower gears limit it so heavily.

  • @Disruptedable
    @Disruptedable Год назад +2

    The T6 engine is good for +1000hp, IF the bottom end is build the right way, so there is alot of potential :-) Piston rods and bearings though, will not go past 450'ish, expect a bit less, but still the stock engine will gladly do 400hp :-) I have a V60 T6 AWD from 2012, it has 305HP stock on the crank. Aiming for the 400hp mark within a years time or so. To get there I'm planning to swap the turbo, injectors, intake, ported head and a new tune. Should be enough to get pretty close :-) I know there are 10-15 easy hp to gain from straightpiping it, but in my country it is stupid illegal to remove the cat, so I want to retain it. Also, I do like that the car stays somewhat neutral in not only apprerance, but also sound.
    The wheels you are running, what name and brand is that? They look so good on the car

  • @KeebaRichards
