Would you be able to swap mine for 519 or sft40? In USA

I can, but you need to know that with any modification comes a risk of breaking the flashlight. Just today I fried a sc18. Granted it was a pain in my ass and maybe I was a little rough with it, and overheated it

Any way you can put links to the Amazon products you are using? I use a cooking hot plate with a steel pie pan and I use a no contact thermometer to read the temp. Not perfect but it works OK. I like your setup better for an affordable option.

1 Please send me the link for SFT 40, I'm looking at it on Aliexpress, I'm confused.there are too many models
2 Well, would it work if you replaced it with sft 70?

Just found this amazing item on AliExpress. Check it out! $7.44 | SFT40 3000K 5000K LED
a.aliexpress.com/_m0humNk this is the link for the 3000k and 5000k sft40. I definitely recommend the 3000k as it’s high cri and beautiful. If you want the whitest light like from a 6500k lmk, but you’ll be able to find it on convoy store. Also order more than one as they become much cheaper the less you buy. If you need some 6500k lmk and I can
Sell you some. Also you cannot use a sft70 as that is a 6v led so it needs a 6v boost driver
