Hey! question for you! Have you ever accepted Jesus as your personal savior from your sins? Please let me explain real quick... We have all sinned. Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Our sins have a penalty. That penalty is hell. Romans 6:23 says "For the wages of sin is death..." Because of our sin, when we die, hell is our eternal destiny. But here is the good news, the verse doesnt stop there. It continues "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 5:8 says "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." We have all sinned and we deserve to go to hell, but God sent His son, Jesus, to die for our sins and pay the penalty we owe. Jesus is the Messiah, the Christ! God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, to earth to die for our sins and pay the penalty for our sins! Jesus died for our sins, but He rose again from the dead and beat death! By accepting Jesus as your savior in faith, you can inherit eternal life in heaven! Repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ today! Place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior! Call out to Jesus today and ask Jesus to forgive your sins and save your soul! Romans 10:13 - "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Bro u had headphones on the first time and definitely looked like u tried to actually jump second time 😂 love your content but definitely seems suspect on this one
Firstly, L. For anybody wondering, just compare jump 1 and jump 2 in terms of how bent the knees are. Pretty obvious on that front. Secondly, L. Studies show: “Our findings are in parallel with previous research that examined the effects of increased shoe bending stiffness (via the use of carbon fiber plates inserted into the shoe midsoles or under the shoe sock liners) on running and jumping performance [8, 10]. While the absolute changes in performance when using a CFI appear to be trivial to small (demonstrated by effect sizes ranging between 0.08-0.17), the practical significance may be substantial for sports in which hundredths of a second mean the difference between success and failure.” Combine this research from SCU (linked below) with the very obvious knee bend, as well as the fact that he DIDN’T mention that this wasn’t a paid ad, and you can easily conclude that you may experience “trivial to small” differences in your vert.. not several inches. There is a reason why real medical professionals in the field aren’t promoting this.. because it both questions their credibility and they do not need the money. I bought a pair a few years ago when it was on sale. By far my most regrettable insole purchase. Here are my gripes: 1) It’s just a stiff carbon fiber shank glued underneath a thicker insole. It’s meant to provide some more stiffness beneath your foot to load more spring into your shoe. It’s almost at the time almost $200 and most shoes that retail for ~200 already have really strong carbon fiber shanks built into the shoe to provide that spring (the WOW10 in particular comes to mind). 2) the insole is flat so there is absolutely no arch support and it doesnt mold to your foot over time. 3) by the 3rd wear, the carbon fiber already started peeling off of the rest of the insole. 4) eventually the carbon fiber was coming off so badly that I just removed the carbon fiber from the rest of the soles to just stick them beneath my drop-in insoles, and when I did that, I realized the carbon fiber wasnt even the same size between my left and right insole! Just overall disappointing quality and I think they spend a ton of their budget on advertising (tons of IG ads) over product development. Their “research” that they show on their website is not transparent (no disclosure of methods, controls, analysis, subject/investigator blinding etc) and not peer-reviewed. For reference, other insoles that I’ve owned include: superfeet carbon, superfeet run adapt, superfeet run comfort thin, gameday regular, gameday pro, currex runpros, and powerstep pinnacles
Well said. The research I have done also lines up with this. You are better off buying shoes with carbon fiber built into the shoe from a reputable company, not from a paid ad for CFI’s from a ~20 y/o kid not even affiliated with the company.
@@KIDLACROIX420an actual shoe that helps you jump higher is more logical. Imagine if you put those insoles into a pair of old converse Allstars lol. You'd probably break your foot with how stiff they are.
