Great tutorial. But I have a problem. Everything went perfect until that Add node in the Shader Editor, with the frame driver, before the modulo and divide nodes. It just didn't performed as expected. Visually, there's no difference between adding that node or not. It's just way too fast. I'm using version 4.2.1, but I suspect it doesn't make a difference. I tried multiplying #frame by several values, but even if the "speed" is correct it won't loop. I'm stumped. If anybody has any idea about what's going on, I'd be grateful.
I could not see the black instance as shown at 20:26 in the video. Everything else is fine. Without that, I can't really do much with spiral colouration etc. Any ideas what is the problem ?
really nice... animation is squared, but for some reason the material is not working... checked everything twice... jusst coming out all black. (cheers)
in the math node modulo is an operation. In 4.0 it is renamed to Truncated Module or Floored Modulo (the difference between them is only relevant with negative inputs so either should work here, I believe.)

Loving your tutorial but I am using version 3.62 and cannot find power node? Please help. Thanks x
Great video again! Equally satisfying and nauseating loop 😄
I've never been this early lol.. great video, I really needed this

When you stop the animation, my eyes still see it moving :)

sorry figured it out... mispelled attribute. great work... cheers
Great tutorial! Thanks
thanks for sharing!
Im using Blender 4 but there is no way to find modulo nodes, is someone can help me ?
I didn't watch the tutorial yet, but the modulo usually is the math node set to modulo
