I love your videos so much! The attention to detail is always outstanding. There are a lot of DIY channels where they paint cabinets without removing the hinges, hardware etc. and I just feel like doing these DIYs properly makes them look way more expensive and high quality. Good job!
I remember the heat in B/CS! The breeze was not cooling at all. A friend said it best "...it's like having a blow dryer in your face." This was back in the late 80's. So, yes, I feel your pain. YIKES.

Back to work.....ugh!! And in that heat! Living in southern Arizona, we can definitely empathize with the high temps. Only outside in the very early morning hours and sometimes that is too much! I hurry through my handwatering and inspecting the garden so that I can get back inside as quickly as possible. After your wonderful summer break with such a beautiful family, I wasn't ready to go back to work.
Great beginning of a new project, and I was suddenly right into it and couldn't believe when the video ended, as I was truly back enjoying the process. Glad to meet your video editor and his wife. How exciting! Can't wait for Part 2!

You might want to run some paint thinner through your paint sprayer once in a while

I know you love your mini van and how much stuff it can haul. I get it. Used to be a part of the mini van tribe lol. BUT …. If at some point you’re able to get a pick up or a work specific van that separates the cab from the hauling bed, you should really consider it. It’s not safe to have so much lumber and glass and such unsecured in the rear of your van like that. If you got into an accident …. That could be pretty bad. Not even an accident, just having to slam on the brakes hard at any time could be dangerous. Especially with Dean filming at the same time. There IS a reason why professionals use work specific vehicles and not the family van. Doing it once in a while is one thing, but you’re doing it regularly which increases the probability of something going wrong. Just something to consider if you aren’t already.

Ok so here is the explanation for women wandering aimlessly through stores…..they are “stocking” the inventory of their mental store. This way, in like 3 mos when they are trying to envision what to do with a space, they are mentally going through their mind store. This way they have all the options and know exactly where to go to get it.

Mine is an old one from harbor freight that’s no longer available, but I’ve heard their newer model is good too, or graco has a good one too that lowes or Home Depot carry! From there they start getting really expensive 😆
