Who was Britta
Britta is a representative of the Berlin Philharmonic's Board of Directors. She's the one that asks Lydia about why her predecessor/mentor is complaining about a car service. Lydia admits that she pays for it privately and lets him think it's a benefit from the Board because he needs to feel like he hasn't been forgotten after retirement. She's also the one speaking at 2:54 in this scene.

Furthermore, during the argument between Sharon and Lydia, Lydia accused Britta of being the one who informed Sharon about the millennial robots from Julliard. Lydia stated that Britta had a habit of whispering in Sharon's ear every time she left the house.
