Thanks you sooo much !! I'm a 72 yr old woman and was only able to do this fix myself because of you taking the time to make and post this video. Blessings to you .
You are very welcome! Glad I could help!
Thanks for watching!👍
Bless you! This is what RUclips and the internet were made for. I was able to get the job done in about two minutes… thanks to you. Thank you!
You are very welcome sir! Glad I could help.👍🏻
Thank you!!! Just like the woman below, I am 67 years old women that at the moment could not afford a plumber but was able to fix this hose on my own. You're the best!!!
That’s great to hear!!! I’m so glad I could help you! Thanks for watching!!! 😁
Just replaced the hose on my kitchen faucet. It was easy as pie and the best part is the manufacturer replaced it under warranty!
Awesome! 👍🏻
Thank you! Your three and a half minute video just saved me untold amounts of time trying to figure it out. But I literally watched your video, went straight the faucet and crushed it within about as long as your video took. Thank you!!
Awesome!!! I love to here that my videos are helping people! You’re very welcome sir! 👍
Thanks for watching!
@@getweldsoon1113 where did you get the replacement hose from...I have that exact faucet
@@micaiahabsalom4799 I got mine from faucetshark.com. Sorry for the late reply. I’m just now seeing this.
Awesome!!! So glad I could help you! Sorry for the late reply. For some reason I’m just now seeing this.
I cannot thank you enough for this video. Boom, one quick trip to Lowes and done. Not quite as fast as you, but I did it. Your the best. Thank you again.
You are very welcome!!! Glad I could help you!!😀 👍🏻
Well done!
Thank you for making this video!
Your welcome!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for the helpful and funny video. I hate that a replacement hose cost a third of what the faucet cost but it is still cheaper than replaceing the entire faucet.
You’re welcome sir, thanks for watching.👍🏻
Awesome video!!! I had the same problem with the leaky sprayer hose. I disconnected exactly the way you did it. I brought it to homedepot but unfortunately they didn’t have a replacement. So I ended up replacing the whole faucet (it was due anyway)But that video helped so much thanks!!! 👍.
Great video! You saved our ‘spray in the face’ faucet problem. Thanks!
Hahaha!! Glad I could help! Thanks for watching!👍
Thank you sooooo much for making this video!!! My hose had been leaking for a while and I was just "dealing" with it because I was sure this would be a "professional only" kind of thing with a hard to find replacement piece and/or it being a ridiculous amount of money....(of course I didn't look up any information at all 🙄) I was just going to suck it up and buy a whole new faucet and hopefully find someone cheap to install it for me. Not sure why I didn't think about a RUclips video before now, but I'm glad you decided to show how easy this actually is!!
You are very welcome. Glad I could help you out. A lot of time things aren’t as difficult as they seem. Thanks for watching!! 👍
🙏 muchas gracias .
You are the best! Thank you for making this so easy!
Thanks!! Glad I could help!
Thank you so much for posting - video was very helpful - have the same faucet model and had a leak on hose . Pfister sent a new hose and connectors free of charge - arrived next day(im in Canada) although a 7 day delivery was promised - kudos to Pfister - I shut off water valves as well.
acting wasnt too bad at 0.13 - maybe with a few lessons, youre the new Brad Pitt :-)
once again - thank you for your help!!
Hahaha! Well I don’t think I’ll be ready for any movies anytime soon. Lol!!! Glad I could help you and thanks for watching.👍
Awesome!!! Thank you thank you thank you. Because of this video it literally took me 4 minutes to replace my Pfister hose!!!!
Awesome!!! You are very welcome! Thanks for watching.👍
Had the same hose issue and after watching your video swapped it out in less than 5 min, great video
Awesome! Thank you!
Thanks for the video I have the exact same style Pfister faucet with the exact same leak, but I think my hose was leaking from more than one place because underneath my sink was always wet. I thought it was from my water filter. I didn't realize how easy it is to fix mahalo from Hawaii for the video!!
Glad I’m helping people all the way in Hawaii!! I’m from Tennessee. You’re welcome for the video. 👍🏻
So helpful. Thank so much !!
Oh, Pfister was expecting this part to go, that’s why they gave me no problems when I called up. Mine was even leaking /spitting from the same place as the one in the video.
Thanks for the how-to, though.
I need a replacement hose, how can I locate one?
Thank you! I was able to do this myself thanks to your video! I feel so accomplished!😂
Awesome! Congrats my friend! Glad I could help.
Thank you so much for the video!
You are welcome! 🙂
Awesome video, thank you sir. Now I can replace it tomorrow with ease
You are welcome sir. Thanks for watching!
Nice video. Thanks for helping!
You’re very welcome! Glad it helped.👍
You're the man! Thanks.
You welcome friend!👍
Mine was slightly different, especially the quick-release/connect mechanism was different looking and operating, but this got the job done. Thanks!
Good deal! At least you were able to fix it.
Thanks for watching!👍
Thanks for video!!
You’re welcome, glad I could help you.👍
What can't this guy not do.
😂🤣😂
Thank you 👍
Yessir!👍🏻
I have a 529 faucet similar to this one, and discovered that there is an adjustable 'ball socket' at the head end of the hose that comes loose over time. Once the black plastic cap at the top of the head has been unscrewed (it's beyond 'finger tight,' so a cushioned pliers may be needed to loosen it), inside the cap is a white plastic 'allen' socket threaded insert (it takes an 8mm hex key). When that is unscrewed, beneath it is a rubber O-ring followed by a thin white plastic washer. If the O-ring and washer are undamaged, the white plastic 'socket' can be reinserted and tightened GENTLY, just 'finger tight;' Thread the black plastic cap back into the spray head, and no more leak.
Awesome! That’s an easy fix. Unfortunately mine was leaking where the hose was crimped.
You, sir or madam, are my hero. This fixed mine, no replacement parts necessary! ❤
Great Video. Thanks. I'm replacing my leaky hose tomorrow. Did you shutoff the hot & cold lines off camera?
No I didn’t turn off the water. As long as the faucet is in the off position water won’t be coming out.
Thank you for your video posting. My pull-down hose was leaking at the swivel joint near the spray head, not the hose itself. The fix was to just tighten the plastic Allen drive swivel attachment fitting located inside the hose end. The part replacement required.
You’re welcome!👍
Hi Scott. Thank you so much for posting this comment. My problem was the same and I wouldn't have known how to fix it. You saved me a ton of hassle and money!
YESSSSS THANK YOU SO MUCH
You’re very welcome! 👍
Great vid
Thanks I appreciate that!👍
awsome...thanks much.
You’re welcome!👍
Mine gave up the ghost after 12 yrs. of daily use and just purchased
a new hose and sprayer for $85.00 on Amazon. Enjoy that money Jeffy Bezos!
Video help 100% ~ Thanks.
Thank you!!!!!
Yes ma’am. Happy to help you!👍
Amen brother
Thank you
Welcome!👍
Thanks for the video! Where do you get the hose from and is there a model number that I should have? The faucet was here when I moved in.
Ok, I can’t find a hose with the model number for the faucet I have. Thank you for letting me know though and for responding so quickly.
I have a Pfister Fullerton kitchen faucet, and Pfister sent me a 9513140 replacement hose.
This is great video! I need a hose for the Raya model which is 951-271 which seems to be discontinued? Do you know if there is a model that would work for this? This might be it but it looks slightly different.
I’m really not sure. There are so many different one. I’d try to contact the manufacturer and see if they can tell you. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.
Thank you. I did :) yet no response. Trying all my resources.
How about a video where the new hose doesn't slide in as easily as yours? I had to run the old hose from under the sink up thru and out the faucet end. I taped the new hose to the old and dragged old then new thru the hole under the sink. I WISH mine would have been as easy as your!
Dang that sucks! 🤷♂️
You seriously just saved me! I could not get my hose to go in no matter what I tried. I tried your method with a little painter's tape and it slid right through very easily. Phew!
thanks, mine just leaked all over earlier while the kids' were oblivious..ok off to Home Depot for me.
You’re very welcome.👍
Where did you get the new hose from? I ordered one that was supposed to be replacement but it didn’t fit….
Got mine from faucetshark.com but I have a link in the description for it.
Great video. However, where did u purchase the hose. My home depot doesn’t Cary it
Faucetshark.com is where I got mine.
Mine, the hed is on a swivel and that is where it broke. They sent me the entire thing, new head and hose, because it doesn't screw on and off.
The porn music bro... 😂
Good deal man. About the music though 🤷♂️ 😂😂😂
Huge thanks for also putting the link for the replacement hose. Your faucet looks like mine, but I can't find any part number on it to confirm. If you have that info, I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know the age of this faucet since I am not the original owner of this home. Thanks again.
The part number is on the Amazon site when you click on the link. Its 951-259 replacement hose. Hope this helps. It’s the only one I could find when I replaced mine.
@@getweldsoon1113 Thanks. The part number request was for the faucet. But I am pretty sure it is the Indira model.
Greetings! I’m considering purchasing that same faucet. How long did it take for the hose to start leaking(months or years?) and was it covered under the limited lifetime warranty? I also noticed you have the water control handle facing forward, any reason for this?
I’m not sure how long it took but it did last years. It may have been covered with a warrantee I’m not sure about that either. Lol. I just bought one and replaced it. I’ve heard that if you contact the manufacturer they will send you a new hose but I didn’t know that at the time.
There’s no reason for the handle to be on the front other than my preference. You can turn it to whatever side you want it.
@@getweldsoon1113 Spoke to a Pfister rep last night and they're sending me a new one free of charge as all parts are warrantied for life. Thanks for your video, this is exactly how I thought I'd approach the install. thanks for the validation! Great vid
@@kjwerder you are very welcome!!👍
Did you have to shut off water line completely before changing the hose?
@@getweldsoon1113 awesome! Thank you so much, really helpful!
This is my exact faucet do you remember the part number by chance???
I believe I have the link in the description. 👍🏻
Do you have to turn the water off to replace the hose?
No you do not have to.
What's the model number for this exact one you have I have the same one.
www.faucetshark.com/Pfister-951-259-Hose-p/pfister-951-259.htm
This is the exact one I naught for mine.
Can I get a hose specific to my brand ?
You should be able to. I found mine at faucetshark.com.
I really need one where can I get one buy?
I have a link for it in the description. 👍🏻
Where can I find this replacement hose
👍🏻
Hi, I can't seem to insert my hose into the faucet. Any recommendations?
It should go right through it easily unless there’s something lodges inside it.
@@getweldsoon1113 Yay! It worked! Thanks!
Great!
Problem we’re having is the hoses are different and my old man don’t no how to fix things so I’m screwed!
Maybe you can find that particular one on eBay or faucetshark.com. Wish I could help more.
So we have issue, when we try to slide our replacement hose back down the faucet it seems to get stuck on the curved area of the faucet. Any idea on how to fix that or what the problem could be?
If you unscrew the quick connection from the hose it should go right through with no problem. Are you saying you took off the quick connect and it still won’t fit through?
@@getweldsoon1113 I'm having a problem getting the replacement to keep going down past the gooseneck. I think it was just coiled up so tight in the package it's not going straight down. I'm going to keep on jiggling and hoping!!
@@kathleenhamilton7252 unless it’s kinked it should go pretty easily. Make sure nothing is in the it to keep it from going through. If it’s clear you can tie a string to it and pull it through. Put a vacuum on one end of the gooseneck and feed string through the other end. It will suck it through then you can tie it to the new one and pull it through. Hope this helps.
if its leaking from the connector, can it just be changed the same way?
Yeah I think so.
@@getweldsoon1113 it worked, actually just needed to change the connector.
thanks!
spot on - hardest part was getting my fat ass in the cabinet ...
Yeah it always sucks working under there. Lol!!
What if you don’t have a quick release
Then you’ll have to unscrew it or however it connects. Make sure you turn the water supply off first though.
@@getweldsoon1113 I got it out, it wasn’t easy. I had to push in the white tab and pull the hose out at the same time
Oh okay. Glad you got it figured out.👍🏻
Does the replacement hose have a certain name or number
Link is in the description. 👍🏻
Here it is to save you the trouble of going back to the video. amzn.to/3pRUSzw.
I have a different quick connect no button to push not that easy as yours
It should be some what similar to mine. Hopefully you’ll be able to figure it out.
So why was it leaking? No fix? Just slap a new hose in place?
Yeah I had to replace it. It was leaking where the metal piece is crimped at the end of the hose in the factory.
Mine is leaking at the swivel ball that goes in the end of the hose.
Well water destroys everything even with a water softener.
@@RoadKen53 the swivel ball end likely has an allen-head adjustment that can be tightened. Unscrew the faucet from the end of the hose and look inside the black plastic fitting that is still attached to the swivel ball end of the hose. There is likely a large plastic allen-head inside the black plastic fitting that can be tightened. Just don’t overdue is since it is only plastic. Hopefully this can eliminate you leaking at the swivel ball, it fixed mine. Good luck.
Easy if Pfister has your part available :(
I got mine from faucet shark.

How is the water pressure on this fascist? Thanks
It’s been great, It’s a pretty nice faucet. Nothing to really complain about with it.
Now lowes says i can buy a hose
No problem! Let me know if I can help you with any other problems you may have. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video, Pfisters website is absolutely no help at all.
