Spot on bro. Physical fitness correlates to healthy mind. I think when exercising hard the pain not only disciplines your body but also your mind. I notice when I go hard in the gym, and the next morning when I wake up, I can feel more control (Discipline) of myself. I'm also big on Buddhism, and buddha said "discipline mind brings happiness" and that makes sense because when you have control of yourself, you can live life wisely.
I think men should focus on body game not to get baddies but for just overall health and happiness. Dont get disappointed if it doesnt get you baddies. baddies are sexworkers only dealing with men who are trying to pay , they arent even wanting to marry anymore just want payment.
