    This is such a coincidence. I subscribed to you to see your bikes, your thoughts on the Evil Following, and local Boise trails. I just saw you riding around! Recognized the scor. Thanks for the reviews and on helping find all of Boise's best trails!!

    I wish I could find that much flow outer here in North GA. That looks like a ton of fun! Looks like a perfect situation for a Short Travel mtb.

    Braver than me! I hate those skinnies! Looks a lot drier than the last time I did it in early July. Thanks for making me feel better by hiking over the pinch points. I saw a guy ride them all earlier this summer. I think he is a Marvel character!

    Thanks for sharing your ride. I think it would be fair to say it’s my favorite trail around here. According to Strava, I rode it 14 times in 2020. Also rode it 14 times in 2021. Only seven so far this year. We better get together and do at least a couple more times this fall.

    I’m on the east coast. Found your video because I’m looking at getting a SCOR 4060. as you were riding to the trail, I was like, “wait that looks like Bogus”. I lived in Boise for 20 years and biked those trails frequently. A great blast from the past and awesome coincidence. How is the SCOR?

      Hell ya man! Hands down best bike I’ve ever owned. Awesome bike around the boise trails. Pedals like a short travel bike. But has big bike capabilities

    Awesome!! How would you compare the Scor to the Following - maybe a following set up 140 front with a Push shock?

    • @dustinbjohnson
      @dustinbjohnson  2 года назад

      Scor definitely has some traits of the following. Almost feels right in between the offering and following. With some yeti 130 sprinkled in. Following is definitely a better climber for big days. But scor is no slouch! Scoots right up the hill and is much faster going down!

      @@dustinbjohnson Thanks! I ordered a new Foam Roller following. I am an Evil dealer, so I had to! I have been working to carry SCOR but it has been tough getting BMC to send bikes!

    What happened to the Formula brakes? I thought you were digging those a while back.

    • @dustinbjohnson
      @dustinbjohnson  2 года назад

      Been really diggin the XTs after finding a fix for the wandering bite point. But if I have issues I’ll go back to the formulas

  • @Drogos79
    @Drogos79 2 года назад +1

    I had same issue with legs giving out surprisingly fast on the downs. It's often less than ideal position on the bike. You are most likely bending legs too much and leaning back too far. Raise your butt and observe crazy improvements ...and better attack position is a side effect.
