The mechanical taps, whirs, and dings, and the unintentional ASMR, combined with your studious gazing at the music, and (please take no offence) the outfit give the impression that I'm watching a clockmaker at work, delicately crafting and assembling all the parts of a wonderful new creation. Wonderful composition, and excellent performance!

I saw this in a performance about 8 years ago. It stood out in my mind amongst a ton of other music over the years. At some point I lost track of what it was called, but it still made an impression, and I wished I could find it. finally, 8 years after seeing it performed, i spent about an hour google searching today and found it. And its every bit as awesome all this time later.

What a great piece of music ! You managed to tame this "metronome" and as a result, it feels quiet at the end of the piece. Great ! This is definitevely a master piece, not far for the musical theater of Mauricio Kagel, also with a great mastery of "time", "space", gestures and musical nuances ! Bravo for this creation !

this is actually in a prescribed High School solo/ensemble list. The notes say that the judge has to pick a section for you to play.

Man, that was awesome. How did you get the metronome to go quiet right at the end? It sounded like you edited it out in post, but only after the metronome cut out.

Hi, Casey! greate piece, man!!! I'm drummer and research for a long time the use of brushes in Jazz and Brazilian music, and a few months ago I was thinking about how would be their usage in contemporary percussion music. And, voilà, you did it!! congratulations!!!! I'd like to play that, bro! Where can I buy the parts? Greetings
