I remember hearing this all the back in 2014 when the cinematic trailer of Halo 2 anniversary dropped, I was in complete awe while listening to it. I spent hours trying to find the song and when I did, I put the song on loop for hours. My ears and my brain was enjoying it so much. It's definitely a top-tier Halo music, I put it in my top 5 for sure. Thank you for composing masterpieces for Halo!
I can envision this playing during a cutscene where a major character story reveal occurs like… We find out that Chief carries the Isodidact’s geas and he is the one who is fated to save the galaxy from a vengeful Gravemind/Primordial once and for all. But he will die doing so.
I could be remembering wrong but I think this song name came from the community making it up. Was this the title the whole time or did you adopt the name retroactively?
@@TomSalta I just happened to stumble across this video but funny enough I was the one who came up with it, along with the other songs. I couldn't have spent more than 5-10 minutes thinking them up so it is crazy to see the creator adopting it. If I had known those would go on to become the "official" names I would have chosen some better ones. Sorry about that. I am curious though, what was the original name? Did it have one or was it just a generic "main theme" kind of thing? Thanks for replying and thanks for the awesome songs!

Good question. I adopted that title once it was out there for a while since that is what most fans knew it by.
