this man changed my life with his exercise checkpoint!When he first put the exercise checkpoint i was like ,, let's try " when i saw how unfit I was I started thinking.Then I saw that he didn't do the exercise checkpoint every video so I started doing exercise every day by my motivation.I started by doing 100 abs a day.After one month I got results(I won't tell how much weight I lost because if you try yourself and the results might not be the same, I don't want you dissappointed because every body is different) and then I syarted doing workouts ( i added every 1-2 week one more workout a day) now i do 30 minutes workouts .I changed my life style! I feel so happy exercising right now and I'm doing it for my muscles and my body not my weight!I just wanted to bring the credit to WadZee for that!Thank you!
