I've had other BPM baits ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 before and they've pretty much always came through for me with the suskie smallies here and even with the walleye and pike, but I realized I didn't have an "in-between" pattern so this junebug one fills that role in no problem. it pairs up magnificently with a junebug Zoom Z-craw Jr that was trimmed a couple millimeters before the hook slots and rigged sideways for that fatter panfish side profile while still being a nice'n'compact presentation, a real power-finesse bait. Hell, it was so pretty I even bothered to fotosketch the pic into a watercolor painting image just to show you it's beauty! Even the blades are really well made, sure, they're not of Hildebrandt-level exquisiteness but look at the bead's reflection on the colorado blade, definitely well-made! The only "problem" spot it had was a bald spot in the skirt but it was nothing that I couldn't easily fix with a but of tuggin'n'shiftin' with the strands for a couple of seconds, besides that it is pretty minty!

Great content, love how you included your preferred setup for each lure and technique. Swimbaits are my favorite and go to (1/4 ounce head with 4.75 inch feider shad bio spawn exo swim). I still throw a drop shot with wacky rigged senko for finesse when I feel like slowing it down. Going to try your Ned suggestion as I need to build more confidence in that rig. Recently purchased an A Rig and looking forward to throwing that around. Thank you for the post, really good breakdown and suggestions!

HomeGrownPyro I’m way down south so it’s been mid 70s and the fish have been tearing up the spinner bait and flukes. Today my friend caught 7 (small lmb) in about a 45 min span.

Always good info. My fall go to is a bluegill swim jig as well as the Reaction Innovation Skinny or Little dipper on a 1/8oz belly weighted swimbait hook and a screw lock. If I need to slow down, i'll go with a T rigged worm or a ned rig.

Debo, that's why I'm watching every one of your videos, I don't know where the bait is in the water column! Until then I just "keep grinding".

Love those lipless crankbaits, especially that Warpig. I lose way to many though they get snagged way to easy.

Hey Debo, I use YUM products quite a lot. The 6” YUM dinger green pumpkin has been my go to this year. Would love seeing some YUM baits & your take on them. GO HAWKS!

    Great video.
What type of knot are you using on your top water lures? If you're using leaders, what kind of knot are you using.
I'm going too guess and say a loop knot for top water and a double uni knot for leaders.

Hey Debo. Great video once again. I would love to know where you get those large grip handles for your reels. They're great looking and I'm sure they are useful when reeling in a chunk. But about the lures....I like the swim baits and also the lipless crank. Also a jerk bait is good for fall. Similar to a lipless crank like you said, but if you get the semi shallow jerk bait(4'-6' deep), it won't be banging off the bottom and you can get those fish on the drop off. Thanks Debo!! Great job!!

For years one of my best fall baits was a charlie brewer slider head with a 4" worm. They stand up a little, like a ned rig, and rig weedless for nice penetration in weeds or lily pads.
Now days, I start with a topwater, move to a spinner bait if I'm getting follows and no blowups, and will throw my slider setup if they just want to be lazy or are in heavy cover.

I LOVE the chatterbait! Feeling it thump thru the water, til it gets SMACKED! Its possible that I've mentioned that before 😂😂. I am def going to give that walking bait a try! I have a bone colored Heddon one I'm gonna work this fall. Also going to try to get one on the jointed swimbait. I have a couple River 2 Sea swimbaits. I have yet to catch a fish on either one 🤦‍♂️. Maybe this is my lucky year 🤞. Thanks for your informative video! Love the details and color explanations and tips and tricks. Great 👍 as always! Keep em comin!
