- Maybe you don’t always need a Mud Terrain tire. This new RT or “in between” market bridges the gap between MT and AT. I threw a set of 37’s on some method race wheels with bead grip technology. Follow along to see how the whole rig performs on an awesome local trail as well as a cool new bit of farmland that I was able to access with the help of good friends.

Your editing is getting better and better! Feels like a super solid production.
I didn’t edit or film this one.. Cameron did. He’s the pro
Time for a raise, Cameron! Lol
@@thedirtheadshed well props to that man. This is excellent work
Cant agree more!!
Mom’s Spaghetti is my favorite build of yours. So much cool, old school, function and of course airbags. Well done
It’s a good old truck
Thanks for talking about the ethics of running creeks!
It’s a hot button. Glad to share a little about it
Brother, any time you get to go out and have that kinda day is a way to experience some incredible memories and rides with family and friends. Work to live, not live to work. Have a glorious weekend, brother.
True that! Currently on a little family vacation. Ready to chill
@@thedirtheadshed sounds perfect. 👌
I love mom's spaghetti! I get to wheel vicariously through you while I'm in a season of life that doesn't let me get out much. Thanks!
Glad we were able to help you get your wheeling fix
Nice! The editing and filming was top notch. Good music choice too. I would love to see a multi day wheeling trip in this style.
That’s all Cameron. He’s a pro
Yeah for sure!
Those trails are awesome, not too gnarly but a challenge. If there were some go-arounds the old mining trail wouldn’t be bad for more stockish rigs. I like those a lot! Mom’s Spaghetti, with the beautiful tri-tone paint scheme, is an awesomely unassuming rig that is super capable. Well done, Dave! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. I dig it. Always wanted to paint it. But I kinda enjoy its grunge
Good ol north Idaho.. a past so bad that there is still no hope for the future. At least it's usable and not blocked off. Great video.
That is true. It must have been wild back in the late 1800’s
Your videos keep getting better Dave. Love your content. Stay awesome.
Thanks so much
Beautiful trails and excellent cinematography. I wish DED was still on but you are killing it on your own channel. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much. I’m having fun with this platform
The Miller family are good people! Grew up in St. John and went to school with a bunch of them!
Nice . They are
Very cool spot. Never thought if wheelin' in the scablands, but it makes perfect sense. Watch out for rattlers!
It’s a great area. And there is a lot of it, if you find the right land owner
The Dirthead Shed doing dirthead stuff out on the trails! Lovin' the new camera guy and editing! Awesome Video
Thank you. Cam is the dude
@@thedirtheadshed He is a keeper!
Daaang got those classy drone shots and everything. Great video of some beautiful wheeling spots.
Cameron filmed and edited this one. He rocks
That truck is so cool. Love how its easy to use and so under stated, cracker work nackers.
It is pretty mild looking for how well it works
Thanks Dave, I absolutely love Mom's Spaghetti! Great seeing it out again, always love seeing Ford rigs, would love to see more, old Broncos, maybe some 90's Explorers, have even seen some guys build some neat Bronco II's. Thanks again!
I would like to build an explorer
@@thedirtheadshedexplorer is an underrated platform
I just have to say how impressed I am that you actually read and reply to just about every comment on your videos. That's a rare thing. I know you'll eventually get big enough that you won't be able to keep up but until then it's nice that you take the time to connect with the commoners.
I am trying. It’s a lot of work, but it’s really cool not being as removed as we were at Motortrend
This episode was great, keep up the great work Dave.
Thank you!
I dig the R/Ts! Im running the M/Ts on my rig right now but those are sick
They are pretty cool. Worked well
I love my Kenda Klever RTs on my Gladiator. They worked awesome on the rocks at Hot Springs OHV Park.
I need to try them out
Love the 'Mom's Spaghetti' truck videos. Inspired me to build my own OBS Ford.
Nice!
I love how "Mom's Spaghetti" looks like an good old country boy truck, with all the different color panels, but it just does work off road.
It definitely has the look and follow through. Needs to make some power now
I love the trucks you build. Nice job amigo
Thank you! It’s a good fleet right now
Best video yet Dave! Raddest dude alive!
Thank you!
My all time favorite truck! I love that thing! Glad to see it back on the trail!
Thanks! It hadn’t been out in a while
Love that truck, could watch it all day!
It needs more love
Awesome video Dave. Love the content. Keep it up. I picked up an 87 f250 and you’ve been keeping me motivated to work on it in the Western Washington rains. Thanks!
Get out there!
🦅🇺🇸💪🤠👍 dang that second spot looks like a lot of fun thanks for taking us along
So much potential!
I really like this build my first truck was a 1980 f250 with a 300 inline 6 with a 4 speed
That sounds like a fun ride
One of your best videos yet!
Right on. Thank you
Great commentary as well! Really good behind the mic with no "ums" or "ahhs".
Thanks. I try to keep those to a minimum
Everytime I see moms spaghetti gets me motivated to finish my 94 Bronco!!
Get out there!
Same. I've got an 85 that is just sitting. Need to finish my 67 scout then I think the bronco will be next!
Such an awesome rig!! As always fantastic video 👍🏻
Thank you
Beautiful cinematography, great video
Thank you
I love the fact that you built an old Ford and kept the 5.0 engine in it. Really enjoy your videos
Thank you. It’s a 5.8 . All the good stuff
@@thedirtheadshed even better!
That truck works so good. I could watch that thing wheel all day.
It does! It’s surprising every time

Sweet video. I love Moms Spaghetti. That area looks great too. Loving all your content. Great work

Off road perfection. That truck just makes me smile... Good stuff. As expected.
Thanks! Needs some engine work now
Totally agree so professional looking on camera work and editing! All great to watch a local star!
Thank you. That’s all Cameron’s work making it look good
Another great video! Thank you Dave!
Thanks!!
New video at a perfect time, made my day not being able to get outside lately! love it man!
Hope your down time isn’t too long
Mom loves gettin out on the trails too. Thanks Dave.
Thanks. Another one just posted!
I love that truck so much; it looks right at home on a ranch
It’s a good ol rig
Trails looked like a ton of fun. And the tires looked like they worked very well. I’m a big fan of Falken truck tires. The Wildpeak A/T has been the best winter tire I’ve had so far. Thanks Dave for taking us along for the ride!
Thanks for watching! It’s always fun getting out of the shop
The cinematography and music were top notch.
Thank Cameron for that
makes me miss my 86 Bronco! Bullnose frontend is my favorite!
Those are cool rigs
Wow this images were incredible. Great looking truck. My favorite body style
Thanks!
10:10. We love you getting Mom’s Spaghetti out too. My favorite build of yours.
It’s so cool to have it in the fleet
Mom's Spaghetti was my favorite, then Butter Jeep, then I saw your Sickest Chevy Ever...
But all the videos are weekend binge worthy, awesome stuff Dave, thanks Bro-Dockus 🤘😁
Thanks for watching!
That's pretty much by dream truck AND place to wheel!
Very cool.
Thank you. I am stoked with it all as well
Stopped by to say the same thing. Looks and sounds amazing.
Right on. I appreciate it
Thanks for sharing these tires with us. I am going to need a set soon. I do daily my Trail Jeep from time to time and will definitely check these out. Thanks Dave.
Thanks for watching
Dave! Your videos are getting better and better . Mom's spaghetti is my favorite youtube truck 351,zf5,stepside,1ton. God what a killer truck .We need merch, Please please please come up with a spaghetti shirt 😁 much love brother!
I will! Thanks
@@thedirtheadshed Thanks for the reply! Nobody ever replys! You are the real VIP ! Keep it RAD 🤘
The area around Rock lake is so amazing. Glad they let you wheel there.
It’s a rad ares
Great production. You guys are doing great
Thank you. That is all Cameron’s work
I was thinking the same thing, exceptional episode
Dude you've been crushing it with this channel. The quality is on point these days.
Thanks ! This is all due to Cameron’s editing. I like mixing his well done videos in. As well as the stuff I throw together
Can’t wait to watch! Hi Dave!
I appreciate it. Hi
No one makes Spaghetti like Mom and Dave ! Honestly though, how much of the equipment you use on the rigs you build is just given to you by the manufacturer ? You've worked long and hard for many years in the industry. Your friends with many of the famous names. You yourself are an icon in the industry. But average people can't afford the prices of the products you use. I wish I had the funds to hire you to help me build my TJ .
I paid for just about everything on this rig. I save up for most of it. Some of it goes on the card and I try to pay it off right away
Shout out to production and the fantastic audio. Huge step up!
That’s all Cameron. Thank you
Excellent video man
Keep em coming
Thank you. That’s the plan!
I had that Ford truck remote control truck too. Childhood memories..
Yep!
Thedirtshed , the quality of your videos have increased a lot man. Whatever you are doing, keep it up, great work and happy to see your channel grow!
Thanks so much. It’s a mix of having Cameron in charge of some (like this) and me figuring out how to edit better on my own
That line up the left of the ridge at the end was gnarly, great camera work and driving
It was. Pretty amazing traction on that rock
My favourite build from ded, hope she lives forever.
It’s not going away anytime soon
Mom's spaghetti is so cool ! You must have a preference for fords looking at your current fleet.
I just picked up an xj today for a budget side project, and this video gives me the inspiration I need to dig into it. Thank you, dirt head shed crew.
Right on! A cheap and quick xj can be so much fun
Great video! Truck did super
Thanks. It’s a champ
Cool video. Looks like a nice truck for cruisin!
Thanks. It’s pretty well rounded!
I have been very happy with the Falken MTs and ATs. These look like better ATs.
I agree. They kinda stepped it up on style
rock sliders putting in work!
Yeah! Always a good day when they get used
Thanks Dave that was awesome😊
Thanks for watching
That second place you were looks like some kinda crazy Scottish Highland. So cool. Great video, David
Thank you. Yeah, it’s a rad spot. Hope to get out there more often
Killer truck! Looks like fun!
It is.! Kinda runs terrible, but I have plans for that
That front bumper looks so damn good. Awesome truck Dave!
Thanks! It’ll be good to get it back i the shop this winter for some repairs
Great videography and editing by Cameron , and as good as this and you are, I miss seeing you and Fred together, you were such a great duo.
Yeah. We had some great trips
I love seeing Mom''s Spaghetti getting trail time, but you're definitely right, they need bigger sizes.
Been waiting forever
No better way to spend a day glad you had fun and that moms spaghetti came home intact.
Just a few injuries
Man, I miss the trails in the PNW... Such gorgeous views!
They are beautiful. Not much hardcore wheeling, but the scenery makes up for it
Got a set of 37x13.50R18 RT01’s coming for the JL. I’m excited to try em.
Nice!
awesome stuff, I like that truck a lot.
Thanks. Me too
Love Mom’s Spaghetti
Thanks
That property looked like it had some great wheeling.
So much potential
Another great video 👍👍
Thank you
I’ve had 35” Falken MT on our daily Suburban. Does well in all terrains of SoCal & road noise is minimal, we love them.
They are a good classic mt
Great video Dave. The editing and music was spot on!
Gotta thank Cameron for that
@@thedirtheadshed nice work Cameron and Dave!
Wow man. Thank you. So good
Thanks for watching
Seeing you running trails make me want to get back on my LUV project, just having issues with time to mess with it because of other projects
I have the same problem
Mom’s Spaghetti is perfect! Keep up the great work!!! You should do a t shirt of that beauty!
I will. Need to get the merch stuff sorted out
Every time I see my general mayhem t shirt I think ‘this would be great as mom’s spaghetti!’
I think I am going to buy those tires next. I've run 2 sets of Toyo RT's and I love them. Always like to try new tires.
I like to mix it up too
I'm liking all of the new hybrid tires that have come out in the past few years. Falken, MT and Nitto have pushed hard to get a leg up on BFG. I ran OG BFG AT's back in the 90's and hated how they handled in rain. Ended up going to OG GY MT/R's then to KM2's. Wanted something that wouldn't wear as fast and handle the roads a lot better. It was a pretty close choice between the Falken AT3W's and the MT BBAT's. A lot of people were moving from AT3W's to the BBAT's at the time so I went that way. They're great tires so far. Nice to see Falken has a slightly more aggressive tire that still has a 50K tread life warranty.
Yeah. It’s cool that the companies are listening. And almost everyone is making really quality products
I recently got 35 10.50 kenda R/T replaced bfg mt on my wrangler so smooth so quite and do well in sticky mud and loose dirt hills. Im digging r/t s
Good stuff Dave. Love the spaghetti.
Thank you
great vid!! love the truck... looks like the tires are more than capable. show the truck some love and make it one color... LOL
I’m back and forth . I kind of like
It’s grunge
Nice job Cameron!
Slayed it
Beautiful!
It totally is!
