This home run derby was just a little befoe my time as my earliest baseball memories are from 1960 in St. Louis and Ken Boyer was a favorite. Hamon Killibrew seen in his Wahington Senators unifrom prior to their move to Minneapolis in 1961 that I do remember. You could count on Ken Boyer to hit around 24 homers each season, but Killebrew was a big home run hitter.
