The entryway is lovely with lots of storage. I like the wraparound bookcase in the living room. Is it built in? The laundry room is thoughtfully positioned and designed. I might opt not to have the sink so that there would be a larger counter for folding clothes and other activities. This is one of the best designs I have seen.
Love the coach - always interesting furniture selections. A double sink in the 'primary' ensuite - woot! Another great design with lots of sitting areas.
Just about the only thing I might change is the door in the laundry room. I would put a window there because there are the sliders to the back deck just around the corner. The door makes that room a little tight. Everything else is just perfect!
Good point, but I've suggested making that space a pantry (and omitting the door), and putting the laundry machines off the entry foyer near the bedrooms.
I would love having this dream home 🏡 country side beautiful design well layout perfect with all the funiture kitchen appliances the entire inside & outside 💯 % .
A cozy, well-decorated, and workable design. Great entry storage. Closed closets for family and open hooks for guests. Plenty of windows in all the right places and the right proportion of rustic charm. I really liked that wrap-around sofa shelf. Was that a custom idea from you or does that exist for purchase? Great home - would definitely live there (especially because I could find places to put all my favourite furniture - I checked!).
Lovely house...needs more outdoor porch space...some screened in and open decking beyond in the back of the house. And I agree with Bobrogers99 alterations ideas.
Only addition I would make is to delete one storage locker and put in a window to bring light into the small passage. Can see myself living there, nice.
Myself, the 3D floor-plan view is annoying, not just this website. I much prefer the simple drawing of floor-plans without all the furniture added. If you added the simple drawings, in the future, it'd be appreciated!
There's a lovely, big entry foyer, but the living room is rather small, with that wretched TV over the fireplace. I would enclose the back porch with window walls, creating what the Brits call a conservatory, for optional living and entertaining space. I'd use the laundry room (omitting the exterior door) as a pantry, and I'd put the laundry machines in the "locker room wall" off the entry. That would have the added benefit of having them next to the bedrooms. With a little adaptation, this would be a great plan!
How do you get more information or design of a house plan that’s on this You Tube - TM Studio - Small Hose Design. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
Is this house for sale? If so where is it I guess I don't understand it's super cute but are you just showing it to show it or are you trying to sell it? First time I've ever seen this channel
The software that these planners use doesn't provide for small details like heat/AC vents or electrical outlets. And many of them omit a place for heating/AC or hot water units. That isn't much of a problem if you opt for a heat pump and on-demand hot water.
The whole space in the entrance is just wasted. Why does anyone need a bunch of lockers? I would reconfigure the space to have a larger living room. That space would barely fit 2 people.
It doesn't have to be practical in cyber space. Real people have stuff, clutter, dirty dishes, and can't pack all their stuff into a tiny house. Took me a minute to realize it is all computer generated, about the time the camera magically flew over the counters.
I like all the storage and built-ins. Most of the time these houses have zero entrance. Walk in front door and your first view is dirty dishes in the sink. For once the kitchen is not visible from the front door.
@@Freddie-vj6mx actually I raised my 3 children in the country and I would not have needed that many lockers. I had a closet I used which was plenty. You wouldn’t have but a couple of kids in that tiny house.
@@mikeboothe I guess it depends on the family then I stay on the farm I grew up on and we have lockers in our entrances that's used for day to day farming and hobbies such as hunting, fishing and crafts and even with the lockers we out of space. Storage sheds is never a option because equipment is expensive and theft in even rural areas pose a bigger threat. I see this cottage as a ideal option for myself and my family meaning myself, my partner and my adopted daughter. This house is also designed clearly for more outdoor living like we do
Everything most people could ever want so cleverly tucked into this adorable little space. Love it!
Thank you!! 😊
I love the sofa wrap-around bookcase, lots of storage with no sense of clutter.
This is THE Perfect house for me! I wish I could afford to build it. Smaller house but efficiently designed! ❤
I like the kitchen a lot. Perfect size.
OMG....I must win the lottery now...this is my home!!
I like it. Simplistic & clean on the outside
Straight up usable on the inside. 👍👍
the kitchen is amazing!
yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!!!!!
This I could definitely live in
This is my favorite. Nice amount of built ins.
It’s a very good layout. It would be big enough for me and my two chihuahuas!
Good job! Would you mind sharing the program for design you are using?
That's a perfect house for a couple or a single
Love it! Lots of storage. But still no garage!
No pantry or utility room. Hmm.

@@Bobrogers99 I looked at that space too but it seemed too narrow.
@@andysuber941 You might have to move the bathroom wall about a foot to make the laundry machines fit.

Does TM Studios sell home plans?
Nice layout, but I can't understand why you don't have the 2nd bathroom go ahead and connect to the 2nd bedroom.
❤ Grandiosa 🎉

All these “houses” are just artist renderings. There are no actual houses or plans for sale.
@@MsLucyJayne thanks for the explanation!

Yeah I don't understand this channel does he sell homes Build homes or just showing it because it's cute

The title say country house and if you have lived in the country on a farm ECT you would understand the need for those lockers
