Hey guys, back with another Fallout 4 video and today I'm going to be going over 10 of what I think are some of the Toughest, Hardest and Strongest Enemies in Fallout 4. This video will include everything from Creatures to Human enemies to even some robots and will feature enemies from Fallout 4 Vanilla and all of its DLC.

That one on the Super Duper Mart? Even at level 60, he's friccin impossible.

One of the easiest enemies I ever encountered. Definitely didn’t use god mode or one shot kills :)
Just use a stealthboy up to his ass and blast that head with shotgun shells while in psycho jet

I was on survival when this happened to me... woke up and found myself two levels lower, three quests undone, and on the other side of the map.

+Slay_A_Ton 94 i remember that sound the first time i went to libertalia, was around lvl 80-85 i saw the nuke hit at my feet an instant before i ate the round xD, only had a couple dozen health left and i was turning around for some cover trying to choke down stimpaks xD

I pulled out the minigun I had saved from concord at the beginning of the game.
I lost 300 5mm rounds that day....

So many broken legs and power armour legs, most of my ghouls are charred and they literally throw themselves at me repeatedly but it's always the legs.
Agreed. I also hate enemies that burrow and then un burrow right next to you or in front of your face.
But luckily you can just stand above something solid, like concrete and force any burrowing enemies to come out and come to you.

They're fucking scary. I get spooked every time. I avoid them like the plague.
I downloaded a mod where they're 5x stronger on every body part except their head, in which they're 5x weaker.
A headshot is a guaranteed kill, if you can hit them before they see you...

I foolishly decided not to save, and fight one right after finishing a long quest in the Glowing Sea. Hours of unsaved gameplay lost. I read about it from the Fallout 4 Wikia, which intrigued me. A foe finally worthy of my skills, and boy was it so. My sneak attack only scratched it.Then of course it burrowed underground and appeared right next to me, delivering one fatal shot. It didn't just take hours of unsaved gameplay that day, but also my pride. My curiosity and arrogance was my downfall.

I didn't forget to save, I just postponed it until after I was done with my mission.
I was in the Glowing Sea doing a quest involving Brian Virgil, or was it the the quest about finding ammo shells for the Brotherhood of Steel. Hmm. I can't remember which quest it was. I learned from my mistake and I will save my game as often as possible.
I had a situation hudst like that. Just roaming the glowing sea and then comes an alpha deathclaw. My sneak attack did nothing and it took 3 hits of jet just to scurry into a nearby building.

Gary? I was playing survival mode just recently and out of nowhere i saw a radscorpion. Not too scary, but consider i was level 10 and still running pretty terrible guns. Needles to say i got destroyed

I only have trouble with them on melee playthroughs, cause how the actual f*** are you supposed to win that fight with melee without pumping drugs or cheating with vats
Assaultron/Novatrons weaknesses are the legs. I dunno why nobody mentions this but they pretty much take near double damage in the legs. Justmake sure to kill them quickly when you blow their legs off. (They'll be near dead at that point anyway) if you don't they self destruct. XD

Melo Dotty actually, 90% of robotic enemies actually take more body damage than headshot damage (infact you do alot less damage to the head) and there limbs can be destroyed (like feral ghouls).

They are like, Molotov ATM. and last time I was healing myself, I heard nothing but explosives. RAPIDLY. NON STOP.

I once met a sentrybot fighting a bunch of BOS soldiers... It was the most cold sweat inducing encounter I've ever had in fallout 4. The thing had so much health and defense that my guns felt like they didn't do any damage to it... sob...

Not neccesarily arguing with any of these picks but the hardest/most annoying critters I have come across were at the start of the Nuka World DLC in the Gauntlet. Namely the 'Flying glowing ant swarm'.
My first nuke world playthrough was absolutely haunted by those fucking things.
One or two of those Cave Crickets can be lethal in survival, trust me :(
I’m surprised the hermit crab wasn’t on there cuz they blend in with environments with vehicles so well not to mention they are well armored and if you get too far they shoot eggs that hatch baby hermit crabs that can naw on your legs.
The problem is that they are extremely limited so you won't encounter them often. Plus they don't respawn once killed unless you use a respawning enemy mod.

The hardest enemy I've come across was actually in the vanilla game. It was a legendary assaultron dominator when you go in that storage room to get the fev from the institute. The combination of the small space his extreme speed + cloak and ability to 1 shot me even through power armor had me repeating that part more than I care to admit lol
I had every perk in the game, and I found a legendary deathskull radscorpion. So naturally I fought it with my bare hands. Then the mysterious stranger killed it.☹️

I think you should start on the older Fallout games now since you've done quite a lot on FO4, same with the TES series. These are still very good videos and pretty entertaining and informative and would like you to continue, but that's just what I would like to see.

Jacob Robinson you're wrong, they only change colors depend on the environment. They don't turn invisible.
Kellogg Cereal in one of the loading screens it was talking bout enemies that can turn invisible and it said chameleon deathclaw, sentry bot, etc

Alpha Legendary deathclaw at lvl 13. Would of scared me except i had a nasty advantage.

Ive seen Gunner brigadiers with a much lower than level 90 character. Saw one today even.
I've made gunner traps and got one at around lvl 40
And then there's Shipbreaker. I spent more than five minutes running and jetpacking around the rocks with Nick. It's not hard to avoid getting hit, but that thing just takes ammo and ammo.
Enraged fog crawlers have 4k ballistic resistance and 350 energy resistance. I don't know the stats on shipwrecked but I believe it is an enraged variation.
I found 2 deathclaw that were fighting each other, one ran off so I killed them both
That happened to me as well it was literally outside of diamond city
Same for me, but I gibbed the winner with nothing but a pocket knife. I didn't even have the gore perk unlocked yet.
When you were fighting that fog crawler that feral ghoul had in mind that
"That fog crawler is Useless! It cant even kill low level Players!"

The thing with invisible enemy's is to carry motolovs on you.

Sneak, Blitz, and Ninja. I one shot behemoths, and anything that gets within VATS range and i'm level 85
The most deadly is a child with with weapon. As they're impossible to kill without mods or console commands.

Ran into an Assaultron Dominator in Quincy at level 15-20. I saw my loading screen a lot. Only way I killed it was I somehow crippled its leg.

8:00 I find that Recon weapons tend to be effective against Brigadiers mainly due to the Recon effect. The same goes for the Recon modification in Power Helmets and in Automatrons.
Those damn Assaultrons always pissed me off to no end.

Luke Maragni you don't even need big boy to one shot enraged fog crawler. All you need is instigating gauss rifle with maxed out rifleman, bloody mess, lone wanderer, ninja, and mister sandman.

I really thought that the gator law would be on the list. The first gator claw I fought, took 2000 mini gun round to put it down.
🤔 mini gun? too heavy and ammo-wasting.try to get a gauss rifle.i got one from a legendary enemy in the glowing sea that deals 25% x-tra damage.i modded it on the workbench and i aptly named it *hit & gone* with that gun i one-shot behemoth's and only weighs half as much as a fatman and it can be used from low/mid range and in narrow rooms safely😎.

Found a venomous angler at level 33 on my melee build, and completely underestimated how strong it was. without critical banker and piper's rocket sledge i would not have killed that thing

What gun were you using? and where is it found? I am a new player for Fallout 4 and so far I have really enjoyed playing!
Jennifer Tollison it's a basic assault rifle with mods on it. I'm sure it has a legendary effect too. You'll find one when you get to a higher level. They're pretty good as they're very versatile. They can perform like fully automatic SMGs or a very long ranged sniper rifle depending on how you modify it

Id suggest investing in Rifleman more than commando as you conserve more Ammo and get better damage per shot

The harvester is so good for all of these and the robotics expert perk as well is so gooooooooooood
Sentry etc., the trick, every time, is to run in kamakazi style, crouch and disable with robotics expert. Nukalurk queen? Ninja and blitz plus a legendary disciples blade, 20 meters out, VATS insta-kill. Anglers - entering swamps just intermittently toggle VATS and their element of surprise is destroyed. Granted, all these tips are essentially game breaking as you avoid any peril whatsoever...but that's how I do it on very hard. That and frequent saves!
This video has some flat-out incorrect information. Many of these enemies are encountered at the same level as the player instead of having a set level.
None of these are hard with my EXPLOSIVE COMBAT SHOTGUN ez

lol, I hunt Deathclaw outside of Power Armor, with a .50 cal hunting rifle. If they are burdening me, I do use a missile launcher, but otherwise I just trick them by fitting myself somewhere they can't reach me.
Those cave crickets and rad rats were fun to see, I don’t know rats being an enemy in Fallout for a hot second. Captured the feeling of OG fallout from being hard to hit even in VATS

Next Fallout should add Vinylic”puma” “Ox”horn and a “Camel”works...
In the RailRoad base (the one you go to in tradecraft - can’t remember the name of the place), I encountered a legendary death claw. With the small space, I was killed several times. I had to resort to jumping down, getting as far away as I could from it, and just nuking it’s ass

NV you could just use AP rounds and an automatic or sniper. in F1 and 2 deathclaws were nigh impossible to fight when anything worse than 2v1 (1v1 was hard 2v1 nearly impossible and beyond you just had to leave the map Boneyard and never look back)
(talking deathclaws should be a joinable faction in the next Midwest game)
there quite dangerous at low levels and if you follow the main storyline in fo4 without really do too many side quests and over leveling then deathclaws in the glowing sea can be dangerous if they catch up to you

AnEvilPrinter He didn't include DLC but also it was completely different and he used a plasma rifle the entire video instead of the assault rifle he uses in this one.

Same. I would use weaker weapons for a challenge. But would keep my op,strong as hell weapons.
If you hit the up arrow in the console it goes back to the previous command then can just add the number at the end of things or enemies to spawn

I actually ran into the Behemoth at the Carhenge (The Stonehenge made of cars) before any Warlords. That said, Behemoths don't carry heavy kill-you weapons for ranged. They throw rocks. And that is why when I was attacking Swan while in his little shack, he and I were trading rocks and cannonballs. Yes, I essentially had a ship battle with Swan, mateys. Arrr... But anyway, the the Super Mutant Warlord is chunky and often has a big weapon equipped. That's why my powersuit and triple missle launcher was in use.
I have this op play style where u use a silenced 50 cal to snipe at long distance dealing crack sneak dmg, then the overseers guardian chambered in 308 to maximize damage at medium distance, then an insanely powerful crippling combat shotgun, fully upgraded, for close range dealing over 160 dmg with the right perks. 👌🏻
also have overseer guardian upgraded at .308 dealong damage about 180 , plasma rifle also great long distance and dealing about 220 damage, overcharged long distance laser rifle is not somerhing dealing 150 damage and slow reloading. Also have lucky eddy cal. 45-70 suppresed also mothing special. And most powerfull weapon rifle Last Minute cal. 2mm on long range deals 412 damage but at limbs 618 it is true destroyer.
