- लोगों के साथ व्यवहार से हम अमूमन दुःख की अनुभूति करते हैं। फलाना व्यक्ति ने मेरे साथ ऐसा बर्ताव किया, मुझे ऐसा बोल दिया, मेरा अपमान कर दिया इत्यादि। उसी दुःख का फिर हम लगातार मन में चिंतन करते हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप वह चिंतन घृणा में परिवर्तित हो जाता है। इसकी वजह से मन दूषित हो जाता है, जो साधना के विपरीत चला जाता है क्योंकि हमारा लक्ष्य तो भगवान में मन को लगाना है। मन की आसक्ति निरंतर चिंतन से ही होती है। बजाय इसके हमें संसार में न सुख मानना है और न दुःख। इससे ऊपर उठना है और उस परात्पर तत्व में अपने मन को अनुरक्त करना है। घृणा के अनगिनत नुकसान जानने और उनसे सावधान रहने के लिए वीडियो को अंत तक ज़रूर देखिए।
