👍👍great video beautiful drone footage of harvest and country liked the dirt bike chasing wild pig 😂 keep up the good work posting and I’ll keep watching
Nice looking wheat! I always got excited when it came time to start cutting. Here in north eastern Oklahoma we would generally start cutting wheat the second week of June. I think I averaged around 50 plus bushels per acre, but have gotten up to 70-80 bushels per acre where everything was right condition wise. That part of Australia is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you guys for sharing your experiences!! Blessings!!
Once again those header drivers didn’t blow the header down in between crops and nearly started a fire Matt, you just can’t leave em alone for a minute 😂 great drone pics again too 👍
Great job again over your beautiful lands! But was really surprised that you have wild pigs over there! Here in Italy and Sweden are sources of problems digging holes for food...
Fires in pulses and oilseeds, when not linked to hot bearings or exhaust, can be often caused by static electricity when the dry and flammable stubble is moving through the header. Often the tell tale sigh. Is soldering residue in the windrow out the back. Good that you got on top of that one. We got 35 mm rain on the tablelands in your little passing shower. Great video, thanks.
Bannas cheat sheet for ya..1hectare is .405 of a acre…2,000lb ton. I know for those that are metric its a bit back wards but thank you, and all of the family for me living in Kansas to see other methods of agriculture.
The size of these farms is just amazing to me. I'm from Denmark and a quick google revealed that the largest farm in Denmark is 3250ha and the second largest ~1700ha.
Any follow up on the burglary yet Matt, or not holding your breath? I love the panoramic drone shots but the sadly don't quite compare to the Welkers views. Their scenery is awesome. Not knocking you, just different places.
Another great video Brad!! Great work with the drone; beautiful. I am wondering what is in the 1,000 liter tanks; there are eight of them-- just wondering. Blessings!
Good day The Jackson Brothers. Could I ask what video editor your are using. Just deciding which way to go. (am a retired farmer, admire the way you can get work done while having your mind on video production) thanks George
Boys,,,,, I’d look at doing something different with your planting rig,,,,, seems you may be loosing a little yield with low emergence. I can see the skippy stand with the drone and combine video. It was super noticeable when you went and did the custom cutting.
Howdy! The issues we had this year were due to lack of moisture and the fact we had to deep sow pretty much everything, if we couldn’t of deep sown we wouldn’t of got anything planted👍 some people were lucky with dry sowing but yields were still not as good😁 all very interesting to contemplate though
This one would be be one of the best harvest videos I have seen on RUclips, well done Matt and family.
Bloody wild pigs, they are everywhere.Harvest is looking great for you guys, well done
Powerful machines and great angles. Thank you for giving me these relaxing moments

Stunning videos, very interesting, the things that many people are totally unaware of what is involved to feed the mobs!
Thanks for sharing guys 🦘

Well done team
Great drone shots Matt. But the crop looks thin from above.
Thanks! When ever I get a chance to get the drone up the headers seem to be in the thinnest section😂😂
Awesome drone footage Matt.

Metric ton we talk here is 2205lbs

No news yet👍 hopeful but not expecting anything back😁
Resinous is the word Matt . Waxy resins oils etc .
Another great video Brad!! Great work with the drone; beautiful. I am wondering what is in the 1,000 liter tanks; there are eight of them-- just wondering. Blessings!
That would be great if they could put a escalators or a lift on the machinery, especially for me 😂. Thanks for sharing 👍

Hi George, I just use iMovie as it’s the quickest to get the basic stuff done, I tried some others but it’s more fiddly👍😁

More moisture at seeding would have helped drastically

I'm curious to know why you don't do any bailing within your fields?
I was wondering if the straw might help save moisture in the soil for the next crop.
There’s a couple reasons but the main one is it often costs more to replace the nutrients in the straw👍😁
The triple is it your own unit or one you contract in for hauling grain ?
That’s the contractors rig👍😁
Matt Just wondering how the new engine in the CAT Challenger is going
Going well! Although there is a small oil leak from somewhere that we will have to look at soon, might be the rocker cover gasket🤔
Matt do you guys hunt those lousy pigs on your land?
Yep, not RUclips friendly though😂
wondering what size front you have on the New Holland headers?
One is 45ft and one is 42ft 👍😁
Rippa
Hope the pig has been dispatched 👍
👍
Great video another day another dollar !well it pays the bills cheers 👍👍🦘🇦🇺😀
Thanks 👍
