I've always said, calm mother, calm baby. The babies are all so cute! It's so much fun watching them play together. Regardless of the goodie train, the monkeys still graze on greens, as do the babies once they get teeth. This was a good one Arroz, thank you for staying true to doing no harm. ♡

As many times as I have seen your videos & heard you tell the stories of what they’re doing & how they’re interacting with each other, I never grow tired of it. I’ve had a dreadful health problem for seven years now with no medication to completely rid me of my pain. The neurologist tells me, I just have to do whatever I can to keep my mine off of the pain, not only physical pain but very hurtful emotional pain also. One of the things I do is watch your delightful primates. Not only watching them but listening to you describe them & what they do. It’s a pleasure & a joy & it, most certainly, does help me keep my mind off of the pain. I want to thank you, so much. I watch other things but I always return to you, Arroz & the amazing monkeys & their delightful babies. I love how you name them & how you keep up with them & their families & their history. Even though there are some sad or disturbing times, you always bring us back to the pleasure & the joy of knowing them & your familiar voice. Maybe some day we will get to see your face.

To be honest I think I can safely say that Teeny is the favourite of a lot of us..I think it was seeing her struggle to forage for food as a baby when she should still have been at the milk bar and playing with her contemporaries... her struggle for life was so on the edge we didnt know if one day we'd be watching a video and Arroz saying we've lost her. When you invest that much into them from such a young age they capture a piece of our heart just like our Dopey too..
Yes I agree. But as Kimmarie Van-Ever replied it was her strong will and determination to survive. Watching that baby girl's fight to live had so many invested in her.
@@susieq3235 yes Susie Q.. it was nerve wracking seeing her go dangerously close to the higher rankers just for a crumb of bread..but i don't know if you remember the video of it absolutely pelting down with rain and our lil Teeny soaked to the bones of her still out there scraping the floor for food instead of being warm and dry in moms arms..both Tiny and Teeny had to forage from suchva young age as Tina's milk dried up sooo early due to lack of food availability..because we know Tina is the lowest out there..yes it was heartbreaking seeing Tina steal her babies food and yes I was angry at Tina but I also understood its their need to survive at all costs that make them do it..i know the others don't do it..but I feel sorry for her..she always looks so bloody frightened and worried she's going to be attacked..imagine living your life like that..and yes i know I'm a softie but i just look at the whole picture not judge just a part of it..my other personal favourite is Grandee!!! Love that guy..
Lockie is just to cute and persistent. I hope she doesn't get in the cage because she will be a great mother someday. I think all the girls want to get hold of their baby siblings.
It’s so nice seeing all the monkeys that look fairly healthy. Not so overweight they can hardly move. Great that it seems they all get alone nicely and not one drama after another!
You know, my partner couldn’t have cared any less about monkeys before I started watching The VMF and Arroz. Now he loves to hear about Lock and Lockie. The reason being, the first video I showed him was of, first time mum, Lock doing somersaults and rough housing with her fellow monkeys because her baby, Lockie, was teething on her nipple and mum didn’t know what to do to ease the pain. He also loves to see all the new babies. It makes me so unbelievably happy to hear what he says about the babies or the monkeys he recognizes from previous videos. Thank you Arroz 😊
Did I hear a quiet laugh when Lockoe fell? 😂😅 Holy moly, Aleah can definitely hold on for dear life! Fiona was being awfully sweet. Isn't Bee funny with Bae? It felt like an Aggy/Dopey moment. I remember when Nigel was younger, how he had to hang on for dear life when Nora traveled. That was so funny. AM made a comment that Nora carries her babies like they are accessories. But some how he made it through. He's one strong little guy. Great video AM Thank you

All them babies is loved if not from the moms is from us the joy these monkeys videos I just wish I had one the love and hold just like the mama I have seen bad moms good moms generating the baby dragon everywhere and hurting them getting them tore up by other monkeys I feel safe watching these and I hope there are all save and I love all these babies and good moms
🤣😆only 15 minutes in and just had to post about Lockie!!! She was a nightmare baby always biting the milk bar until Lock was at the end of her tether..now lockie is one stubborn little miss and no matter what mom does will not give up on little Clyde..unfortunately for Lock Clyde looks like he is just as full of vinegar as his sister!! Lock surely has spunky babies🙈.. Elle is a cutie too wanting to touch lil bro Flip..but Dora isn't having any of that..not much of my Nigel yet..there's another lil fighter.. I feel for Fioffi losing her first baby..and Lowena's troop need all the new babies they can get..and it was a girl. Unfortunately we don't know what happened there..well back to the video..you have made me chuckle so much..
It really bothers me knowing how many of these precious baby’s are stolen and sold to be abused then either discarded or killed when they no longer make money for the human waste that bought them. This is how they should live. With their Mums and family.

I think it's kind of like human babies. Human babies have a sweet smell that makes everyone want to hold them and sniff their heads. Monkey infants have something of the same that draws everyone to them. Even other mothers. It also draws kidnappers and with all the sterilization in these troups you have once mothers that though they can't reproduce they still have those urges and memories of having little ones. Perhaps it's hormones with the babies and the mothers bc a baby can barely sniff an adult females chest and know that is or isn't mom. Later they recognize by sight as well but after one or two days imprinting they know both of them who is or isn't mom or baby
Oh shes not a brat shes a yearling that desperately wants to cuddle her baby sibling nout wrong with that, its called love I think. And as for bossy no she wouldn't be violent like that towards a young one unlike the poor monkeys in Cambodia who are vicious because of human interference besides I don't think bossy would care much unless it's her own spoilt kids who are brats. Also little lockie wouldn't approach the matriarch they know their place.
I have a request! Could you please explain some of the species of macaque that we’re seeing here? Like I noticed some of them appear to be Barbary macaques and some appear to be rhesus macaques? Is that correct? I know that a certain species has what they called the bib under the neck? Do these monkeys have that and does that make them rhesus macaques? but just when I think I’ve got all that down pat a monkey pops up with black tipped ears and no hair on the fingers and then I’m just confused. So could you may be narrate a little bit in your film what it is we’re looking at as far as the species of monkey and if there are any hybrids out there? I noticed some of them have extremely furry tails while others do not. I would love to get an education on these monkeys and how who they mate with affects what the baby actually is. And do some of these baby monkeys really have blue eyes? I noticed that a lot of the monkeys that I see at the anchor Wat Temple are Barbary macaques and Southern pig tail macaques and hybrids I think. There also seems to be an awful lot of long tail macaque babies. Some have what looks like black fingernail polish on their fingers and some appear to have red. This also comes with fur on the fingers or no fur on the fingers. I’ve noticed that the southern short tail macaques have very distinct features that are way different than these monkeys here and the females have that really exaggerated pink but during mating season. There is so much to think of when talking about genetics here and it’s absolutely fascinating. I would just so much enjoy hearing you talk about that a little bit more and I’m sure others would as well. Thx so much! I hope you reply to this! Really love your Chanel. ☮️🍺♥️

I think it's kind of like human babies. Human babies have a sweet smell that makes everyone want to hold them and sniff their heads. Monkey infants have something of the same that draws everyone to them. Even other mothers. It also draws kidnappers and with all the sterilization in these troups you have once mothers that though they can't reproduce they still have those urges and memories of having little ones. Perhaps it's hormones with the babies and the mothers bc a baby can barely sniff an adult females chest and know that is or isn't mom. Later they recognize by sight as well but after one or two days imprinting they know both of them who is or isn't mom or baby

Oh shes not a brat shes a yearling that desperately wants to cuddle her baby sibling nout wrong with that, its called love I think. And as for bossy no she wouldn't be violent like that towards a young one unlike the poor monkeys in Cambodia who are vicious because of human interference besides I don't think bossy would care much unless it's her own spoilt kids who are brats. Also little lockie wouldn't approach the matriarch they know their place.

I have a request! Could you please explain some of the species of macaque that we’re seeing here? Like I noticed some of them appear to be Barbary macaques and some appear to be rhesus macaques? Is that correct? I know that a certain species has what they called the bib under the neck? Do these monkeys have that and does that make them rhesus macaques?
but just when I think I’ve got all that down pat a monkey pops up with black tipped ears and no hair on the fingers and then I’m just confused. So could you may be narrate a little bit in your film what it is we’re looking at as far as the species of monkey and if there are any hybrids out there? I noticed some of them have extremely furry tails while others do not. I would love to get an education on these monkeys and how who they mate with affects what the baby actually is. And do some of these baby monkeys really have blue eyes?
I noticed that a lot of the monkeys that I see at the anchor Wat Temple are Barbary macaques and Southern pig tail macaques and hybrids I think. There also seems to be an awful lot of long tail macaque babies. Some have what looks like black fingernail polish on their fingers and some appear to have red. This also comes with fur on the fingers or no fur on the fingers. I’ve noticed that the southern short tail macaques have very distinct features that are way different than these monkeys here and the females have that really exaggerated pink but during mating season. There is so much to think of when talking about genetics here and it’s absolutely fascinating. I would just so much enjoy hearing you talk about that a little bit more and I’m sure others would as well.
