Journey mode for the worthy cheese strat: -Minecart -Daedalus -Run -Recall -Drop down a hole, this is because destroyer's head might appear mid air and hit you, which does 1000 damage in this gamemode -After a while, recall again, and repeat Is this cheese overly complex? yes, but it's the hardest game mode in vanilla, so screw you

Honestly, a day 3 goblin army is NOT something i'll be prepared for compared to a naturally spawning giant mechanical worm. Destroyer has atleast 2 cheese methods for each class, with my favorite being dart rifle with crystal darts
With the mechanical minecart, 16,000 rails, and some clorophyte bullets you can practically no hit the moon lord while just holding m1, even his huge death laser is too slow to catch you
1:16 This is not true. The Demolitionist NPC specifies & recommends to buy his explosives to get past Ebonstone/Crimstone. 6:30 Not only are you supposed to use either Blade Staff or Sanguine Staff to vastly increase your facetank DPS (both are great at facetanking for different reasons), but it also looks like you were using Black Belt, a **post-plantera** accessory. Unless there's a different accessory that somehow has the exact same visual but I doubt it. I'm sorry but In general this video just feels really rushed with little research and is hardly helpful, almost everything here isn't a cheese at all and your Plantera facetank setup was very unoptimized. An optimized Plantera facetank kills her on Master Mode in 15 seconds or less in an playthrough, and in 7-8 seconds when going for a speedkill with offensive gears.
Indeed I was using a black belt for one of the clips, but I realised that and took it off for the other snippet I used. Also, yes the set up isn't optimised. Not sure if you've realised, but I'm not here to provide highly calculated and optimised set ups. There are other youtubers such as yourself for that. I'm here to simply give info to the masses in a digestible medium, and just shed light on what's out there in Terraria. What I hope for is for these people to go and find out more themselves. It's cool if the video isn't helpful to you or to most Terraria players, but it's nice to bring up some of these strategies to the casual player. We serve different purposes on this platform, and I can willingly admit that NONE of my videos are high quality and well researched. I'm sure you know that by now. I simply don't have the time to do comprehensive amounts of research and testing, nor am I inherently creative enough to create new techniques. I will apologise for the demolitionist oversight at 1:16, I don't exactly know everything in this game. However, I don't think that what I do diminishes the value I offer to the casual terraria community. Not everyone plays at that high level. I'd even argue that most of the Terraria playbase don't come anywhere close to the average content creator's level of efficiency. All I aim to do is to give 'good enough' information, to 'satisfice' if you will. It would be great if you could understand that. Regardless, for clarity, I agree with everything you've said, and you are indeed correct. You might wish to temper your expectations a little though. Not for me, cause I understand where you're coming from, but for the platform in general. Other creators/humans may not be so receptive to such blunt comments, as you must know by now. But thanks for the feedback! Cheers :)
Another funny early game cheese for eater or worlds is something I learned from watching the speedruns and that is to stack a bunch of boulders until pretty much the build limit at the end of a long platform arena. Then bait the worm towards them and before it gets there, knock the pile down and have the worm die to avalanche of boulders. I do not know if it can be done solo as I think there needs to be another person knocking down the pillar, but hey. Something to think about. Welcome back Zuzucorn! Really fun video again, which reminded me of that funny little idea!
I don't know if you can read this but your videos are awesome and i actually beat terraria in all different class by watching your tutorials. I'm so lucky that i checked your channel because it really helps me a lot♥️
The first time I defeated The Destroyer I used the Cutlass. No other strategy worked for me as my previous weapons were too weak to do enough damage to it. For me, The Destroyer was the the second hardest boss in the game (and the hardest at that time).
My favourite cheese (which only works in Multiplayer) is one involving the Queen Bee. All you need is a magic conch and you're set to go! Basically, when you summon the Queen Bee, everyone tps back to spawn. Now, you might think that she despawns, right? But no, for some reason, the Queen Bee is one of the few bosses that doesn't despawn when you go too far away. Anyway, after you arrive at spawn, check who the Queen Bee is aggroed on (by passing around the magic conch and looking at the map who she chases for example). Once you found who she's aggroed on, that person keeps the magic conch and goes to the beach that is located opposite of the Queen Bee, until she arrives at spawn. Then you start spamming the magic conch. Since she doesn't change the aggro, it's an easy target for your friends and you can easily murder her (it may take a while since she passes by quite quickly). This cheese could theoretically be done pre-bosses, though it will take quite a while to do so.
Hi Zuzu :D, what im gonna say is off topic but when i keep trying to get the seedler from plantera it always drops the rarest ones like the seed wich summons a pet, the thorn hook and i also got Tiny the Axe that only has 2% drop chance 3 times! but i cant get the fricking seedler! i already killed plantera on classic, expert, and master modes but it just wont drop :/ thats all, i just wanted to share my biggest problem, even bigger than my math test
This video is cheese, the strategies in this video are cheese, the drink that i am drinking right now kinda looks like cheese, and even what i am snacking right now is cheese. What a coincidence!
Therse also a very unerated cheese. When you fight the moonlord, try to destroy the right eye and when you destroy it, stay in the eye socket with like a fast flying mount. youll be invincible if you do this watch WaffleTime moonlord for more info
I killed plantera with your cheese start in master mode, I had to get the worm scarf, cross necklace and brain of confusion without those three I would always end up dying when she had 10% life. with the rest being damage accessories with menacing reforge. Worked like a charm. Another hint the king/queen slime mount makes you fall faster so you can really avoid attacks using gravitation potion cheese.
Any flask buff like ichor makes the Plantera cheese really easy and theres also cheese with Retinazer's second phase where its lazers cant hit you if you are in a box.
My favourite "cheese" is the Aerial Bane dropped from Betsy in the Old ones army event. One of the BEST event weapons in my opinion, especially Pumpkin Moon or events that have airborne enemies/tall enemies (such as the Santa Tank, Krampus, Pumpking, Ice Queen, Mourning Wood, UFO and pirate ships) also works really really well with the infinite quiver as it uses its own arrows. It's also great for crowd control in general if you have decent flight time and a flat area, perfect for raining down arrows on enemies.
My favorite cheese strat is against duke fisheron. Setup 2 teleporters about 150 blocks up making sure not to have a platform between the two, one at the edge of the ocean and the other at the shore. Get a sniper rifle or preferred gun, lock on to Fishman and hit the teleport when he gets close.
I don't see why people don't talk about it more, but if you're doing a melee run then destroyer is super easy. just set up a box on the ground, use a cross necklace if you want, regen setups are also suggested. And then go to town with some fetid baghnaks
On Bombs and Ebonstone: The Don't Dig Up/Remix secret seeds remove Purification Powder from the Dryad's inventory, making Bombs the only viable option. You _can_ Shimmer Vile Powder, but, well, that's far more involved.
One way cheese the martian saucer without the long hallway is just a hook of dissonance. Right as the saucer uses the laser stand on one side and once the laser hits the middle Teleport to the other side of the box
The Martian saucer cheese is the best thing ever. Martian saucers are very easy to kite without the cheese you can stand on a flat platform and just dash under whenever the laser isn’t active however since you have to deal with other very strong Martian mobs at the same time this is very difficult. The dreadnautilus is also one of my favourite cheeses
if you want to farm basically any worm boss ive found that trapping it somehow and using a slime mount allows you to repeatedly jump on it , hitting almost every section easily
the most cheesy way to kill goblin army is make a flat land arena, box yourself and put a little lava on the righ, left side aswell as the roof, make sure there are no caves/holes near you underground. If so, fill em up with either dirtbombs or fill them by hand, you can fill them carelessly with holes and gaps, just make sure the holes aren't 2x2 or bigger. Simply said, leave no gaps where enemies can teleport or spawn.
For the wire cutter at 8:00, I’m pretty sure they changed this in 1.4.4. You can no longer see or place wires in the temple before Golem has been defeated. Correct me if I’m wrong though
a trick for the invasions is simply build lava pits with a single block lip they fall in and only jump to get out when they reach the walls of the pit bonking their head on the one block lip on either side falling back in! only enemies you need to worry about are teleporting mages and sorceresses in goblin or flying enemies like parrots flying dutchmen in pirate and the ufo in Martian madness! put up walls between you and the pit and ranged just walk to their doom! i always incorporate the lava traps in my houses
Another great cheese is the flying knife vs any worm ai mob. Drag your cursor back and forth through it as it infinitely does damage. This works on the Destroyer also
if anyone is having issues with the worm or destroyer, the spikey balls are another great way to deal with them just throw a couple dozen and run it through them
"If you ever have any struggless with the Destroyer, which I don't know why you would" *Cries in 1.2 Terraria noob that couldn't even beat it with a friend*
How about the Moon Lord Hand Cheese? 75+ def, Cross Necklace, and Cobalt Shield with the Cosmic Car Keys or Witch's Broom. Start at one of the oceans (about halfway up in the sky, to avoid floating islands and living trees as you go), and as soon as ML spawns in, book it towards the opposite side of your world on your mount. Blow away the hand nearest to you while hovering up and down to avoid attacks (while going full tilt left or right the whole time), and then slow down until you are directly in the hole where the eye was. You'll take constant ticks of 1hp, and avoid basically every other attack ML has. From there, just DPS down his other two eyes and heart without taking more than one or two big hits for the rest of the fight. On Small worlds (or Medium on Master Mode), you may need to use a Magic Conch to send you back to the opposite ocean once you reach the end, and then just repeat. This works best if you don't use melee (it's just much slower based on my experience), but the Sunfury has enough range to hit all of ML's spots, it'll just be the opposite hand that will take some more time. Or just use a weapon with projectiles like the Terra Blade or Flying Dragon. However, I'd recommend using Nebula Blaze - you'll for sure have the fragments to make it after beating the pillars, and the homing and rapid fire rate absolutely demolishes ML.
Ngl I felt personally attacked when he said no one struggles with the Destroyer lol. Maybe I just suck at Terraria, but I always have a hard time initiating the mechanical bosses bc I'm always disgustingly underprepared, somehow. Still, this video was really helpful and I will be using gravitation potions for a lot of bossfights now!
At the start of the pandemic year 2020, ive got locked in our company's barracks alone for two whole months without fast internet and a crappy pc. I discovered terraria and played it. I stumbled upon Zuzucorn and watched his videos as I progress in Terraria. I owe him my sanity. And after 2 years, im still thankful for every terraria content creators especially Zuzucorn. As a mage i think the biggest cheese i got was using that rainbow beam thingy from the hollow chest in the dungeon it helped me with fights like the fishron it gets rid of the bubbles that fishron blows out and also helps with events like pumpkin moon, that winter moon event i forgot what it was called and the old ones army and also destroys the destroyer haha
the bad thing about the tome of wisdom while using it against the destroyer is that you have to have a mechanical boss defeated before you can even get it so if your doing the destroyer as your first mechanical boss, then you wont be able to use the tome of wisdom

Hey why didn't I think of this
Finally another video i been waiting for so long😭
I think the Hexagon minecart path is just a top notch cheese for skeleton, skeleton prime and plantera.
10:22 I discovered quite nastily that Dreadnaughtlius's projectiles *CAN* pass through walls (I was on expert mode)
Yes, unfortunately the devs changed that recently in the last patch
@@Zuzucorn I see, since I followed the design of the box and discovered the hard way. A bit of a shame.
Cheers :)
@@Zuzucorn I can understand your perspective.
What's up checkmark
What's up @@rohyne
where can i see an optimized plantera facetank that sounds hilarious
Another funny early game cheese for eater or worlds is something I learned from watching the speedruns and that is to stack a bunch of boulders until pretty much the build limit at the end of a long platform arena. Then bait the worm towards them and before it gets there, knock the pile down and have the worm die to avalanche of boulders. I do not know if it can be done solo as I think there needs to be another person knocking down the pillar, but hey. Something to think about.
Welcome back Zuzucorn! Really fun video again, which reminded me of that funny little idea!
That's a little too much effort to be called a cheese, don't you think? Especially since grenades are so easy to get and ridiculously effective on EoW
I don't know if you can read this but your videos are awesome and i actually beat terraria in all different class by watching your tutorials. I'm so lucky that i checked your channel because it really helps me a lot♥️
Hello zuzu! Glad your back! Just want to say, keep up the great work!
The first time I defeated The Destroyer I used the Cutlass. No other strategy worked for me as my previous weapons were too weak to do enough damage to it. For me, The Destroyer was the the second hardest boss in the game (and the hardest at that time).
what version of terraria?
@@andrewbennett8624
I don't remember. After doing a bit of research, it was before version 1.3 but at least version 1.2.
i used the pwnhammer
Goblins: You.. dare.. use my own spell.. against me, player?
Yay, time to finish the game in master mode for the worthy with no effort (no sarcasm)
Fck same
My favourite cheese (which only works in Multiplayer) is one involving the Queen Bee.
This cheese could theoretically be done pre-bosses, though it will take quite a while to do so.
i honestly prefer just using spiky balls and just jumping up n down in the beehive, the attacks are very easy to dodge on classic mode
6:30 STANDING HERE, I REALIZE YOU WERE JUST LIKE ME TRIYING TO MAKE HISTORY
Here before 1 hour, get yo tickets
The timing of this video is impeccable. Idk how you knew I was suffering through ftw master mode
I think that gravitation potion one is going to save me.
cheese touch
1:22 damn, you opened my eyes. I'm not really surprised that is the intended way, but I never cared to ask. Great video!
Hey zuzu can you please continue your to the moon series, that was a lot of fun
Spike balls are very good against the eow as well. Its a viable variant for granates in expert and mastermode since the damagenerf.
Why am I in the thumbnail?
My favourite "cheese" is the Aerial Bane dropped from Betsy in the Old ones army event.
One of the BEST event weapons in my opinion, especially Pumpkin Moon or events that have airborne enemies/tall enemies (such as the Santa Tank, Krampus, Pumpking, Ice Queen, Mourning Wood, UFO and pirate ships) also works really really well with the infinite quiver as it uses its own arrows. It's also great for crowd control in general if you have decent flight time and a flat area, perfect for raining down arrows on enemies.
Haven't watched it yet but this is gonna be a good video
i love how the Plantera cheese of this video is the most replayed part
You have the best way to defeat plantera! Tried all and only this one worked easily in master mode.
"if you ever have any issues with the Destrioyer, which I don't know why you ever would" *cries in Menace Mode Clamity Chonktroyer
"Just use their *BALLZ* "
Bro got me choking my own saliva
Yeah, the twins enrage while gravity is flipped in Calamity
God damn where are all your subs? You deserve waaaay more. (Not that you don’t have a lot of subs)
unfortunately the dreadnautilus is not cheesable anymore because its projectiles go through walls :/
I really like that intro, when he say entertainin u , encourage u etc🙂
I don't see why people don't talk about it more, but if you're doing a melee run then destroyer is super easy. just set up a box on the ground, use a cross necklace if you want, regen setups are also suggested. And then go to town with some fetid baghnaks
Finally the man himself has returned
Welcome back zuzu
One of the best channel out there.i always like that hello friend intro too.
Feels good to come back in terraria,
the most cheesy way to kill goblin army is make a flat land arena, box yourself and put a little lava on the righ, left side aswell as the roof, make sure there are no caves/holes near you underground. If so, fill em up with either dirtbombs or fill them by hand, you can fill them carelessly with holes and gaps, just make sure the holes aren't 2x2 or bigger. Simply said, leave no gaps where enemies can teleport or spawn.
Glad you're back :)
Yo thanks a lot!! This helped me so much to fight dreadnautulus in my summoner playtrough!!!
This works on the Destroyer also
Man, your voice is so nice I can listen to it all day long
How to not die to traps in the temple
> Grand design
> Select wire cutter and all wire colors
> Just drag it around when you see a wire
That plantera method can be used for moon lord too, the razz plays explains it more but it only works for melee
You're so calm during the video!
if anyone is having issues with the worm or destroyer, the spikey balls are another great way to deal with them
just throw a couple dozen and run it through them
"If you ever have any struggless with the Destroyer, which I don't know why you would"
*Cries in 1.2 Terraria noob that couldn't even beat it with a friend*
When I played, the way I Grabbed the orbs was by going to get hellstone bricks, then I was told about bombs
Its great to watch your video again even though I stopped playing terraria now.
More stuff like this. This was awesome.
the bad thing about the tome of wisdom while using it against the destroyer is that you have to have a mechanical boss defeated before you can even get it so if your doing the destroyer as your first mechanical boss, then you wont be able to use the tome of wisdom
This video is like trying to hit the word count on an essay
One of my favourite cheeses is the one where you just sit in a corner with a demonite mace and kill the water of worlds
Dreadnautilus has been fixed. Damn.
instant immortality kit: brain of confusion, black belt, and cross necklace
Very pleased that I figured out the spiky ball one on my own while I was a teen or preteen.
