The absolute EASIEST & TASTIEST Caramel Sauce Recipe!!! I didn’t have canned Coconut Milk but had Coconut Cream & Coconut Sugar. Surprisingly no Coconut taste to be found & absolutely delish!!
I made this into mini Snickers by also making your Nutella recipe & toasted Nuts, adding everything to a Silicone Mold and freezing to solid, yum!

Hey your Caramel looks so tasty! Did you use a Can Coconut Milk and do you melt the solid part first in MicroWave or else before adding to Sauce Pan?

The longer you cook it, the thicker it will get.

Can I use another milk for this, like soy milk? And can I use brown sugar instead of coconut sugar?
Brown sugar would most likely work fine! 😃 If using soy milk, it won't be as rich because of the missing fat.
