    Great tips! I also look at a computer screen the whole day cuz of online classes so I totally feel you on the sleep schedule and wanting to go out and walk lol

      Yeah!! It’s been wrecking with my sleep having to be on screen more this semester! Have you checked into blue light glasses? They help a lot!

    Great and informative. I've been trying to find ways to be a little more healthy, and eat healthier. Walking is something I need to get out and start doing again. I was when I first moved here, and stopped doing, but I'm gonna start doing that again.

    Im from malaysia and the food here in my hometown are oily as ever 😂 so what i did was reduce the portion of my meals and i joined the gym since august last year. And i usually reduce my stress by travelling, but in these uncertain times, i found out that hey, making youtube videos works for me too
