This 912 engine has not been started in over 15 years. In this video I took apart the Cylinder heads for cleaning, Valve lapping and Valve adjustment. The goal is to put everything back together and see if this engine will run.

If you are taking the time to put the shroud and generator on.. put the head tins on man... seriously... just 1 min of no decent airflow can deeply affect those P&L's.
Yes of course, all the sheet metal I’ll put on when the engine is installed in the future.
What did you use to make that tranny sparkle like that- or was it that clean to begin with?

No it was very dirty when I got it. All I did was power wash it and used a de greaser. In addition to going at it by hand with some wire brushes.
