The Lord delivered me from the spirit of Alcoholism 3 years ago. I was in complete bondage to it for 23 years. I'm so grateful that in His great mercy and love he set me free. Life is not perfect now but I have his peace through storms. When the warfare comes I pray now not drink.
I couldnt go a day without getting high for 15 years. I asked Jesus one day to take the desire away. GONE! DONE ! I am a believer in Jesus. Beautiful story. Bless you

Alcoholism is a strong force of captivity. Just like nicotine and drugs etc. it’s very difficult to get away from. Almost impossible on your own. I totally understand where she is coming from. I pray that she gets delivered and that god touches her heart and uses her for mighty things! And yes god is good! 🙏😀

Prayed all the time. As soon as I asked Jesus to forgive me and asked him to come I to my life my addiction immediately disappeared. I no longer drink and not even a crave. I'm addicted to God now. Read the bible daily and God speaks daily to me thru scripture and videos like yours. Thankyou for this.

The Lord healed me from smoking. I tried and tried to stop but could not. I had covid just before Christmas I ended up with broncitis and coughed day and night fir 4 weeks.Then I saw a prophetic word on utube. STOP SMOKING IT DAMAGES YOU PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUAL I ONLY SAW IT ONCE BUT I KNEW IT WAS FOR ME. I STOPPED AND ITS NOW 3MONTHS .I knew it was for me and I could nit be disobedient to God. Praise God.

Jesus did the work. I just shared the story! 👍 I appreciate you watching. I’m glad my story could help you. I definitely believe you will be delivered. It WILL happen. Just might not be when you want it to or when you expect it to. But it will happen. I pray you get delivered and are able to share a testimony. Trust me you are not alone in your struggles. I know so many people who have had these same struggles. But remember. Once delivered, you will no longer struggle with the battle of addiction. You’ll be free as if you never had an addiction to it. This happened to me in November of 2019 and I still haven’t ever craved a drink. I haven’t had a drop of alcohol. And never will again! Praise god. I pray in the name of Jesus that he takes away the chains of addiction that are holding you captive and that he uses you to reach others In the testimony that you will be able to share. This is my life right now, word for word. I am hoping for deliverance. Please pray. Thank you
I can tell you that you are in the right place. This may be your life right now. But God has a plan for you. And he will use you in a mighty way. And I know since you watched at least most of my video that you are making the right moves. You’re searching for a way out. You’re looking for an answer on how to get rid of your addiction. Let me remind you of what I said in my testimony. I prayed and had other people praying for me for quite a while. It took a while for god to finally deliver me. Idk why. But there is a reason. Some people he answers immediately and others throughout time. I say that to encourage you to never give up on believing god will deliver you! Stay in prayer, ask other people to lay hands on you and pray for you, talk to other Christians regularly and read the Bible. Most importantly HUMBLE yourself before the lord! Admit you can’t do it without him and that he is the only one who can free you! He already knows the strength that your addiction has on you and he knows that you want it gone. You need to HATE the addiction and LOVE god. He loves you and he knows what you’re going through. We’ve all done bad things. We’ve all sinned against God. He doesn’t favor me over you. He doesn’t favor other people who were set free over you either. Not saying that you think that he does. I’m just saying that he answers people at different times for his own reasons. He is always listening. And it’s times like this when it feels like he’s not there or he doesn’t care and you feel all alone in the captivity you are in with addiction, when other people have been delivered and you haven’t, that’s when he’s challenging and testing your faith. God doesn’t owe us anything. He doesn’t have to answer our prayers for anything. But he’s so good and rich in mercy and so filled with grace and love that he wants to help you. He wants to free you. He hates the sin and whatever brokenness might be in us to make us drink and do drugs. If you feel miserable and understand that you’ve sinned against him and that you’re a sinner and you are sorry and want forgiveness he is faithful and just to forgive and forget your sins. But you need to talk to him about that if you haven’t already. Also I would encourage you to pray for other people’s addictions and deliverances. Treat people how you want to be treated sort of thing. You might know all of this but I just felt the need to remind you. Just focus on him and love others more than you live yourself. Repent and forgive others. Don’t give up on your prayer! I believe he will deliver you. And believe me when I say I WILL pray for you!

I am so glad I came across this video. Same story. Been praying for years. Believing he will deliver me eventually but always wondering if we was waiting for me to do it. But I can’t. Such a back and forth with condemnation and guilt. All other stories are about how people were delivered immediately upon salvation. I’ve been delivered from other things but not this. Years being a believer with this hell. I think like you said it’s for a reason it’s taking so long but this video has blessed me so much. I don’t just believe, I know now it’s just a matter of time when he’s ready. Thanks for being obedient and posting this.

It gives hope for those looking for deliverance & reassurance for those that have. I feel an immediate bond with you. I am sure everyone going through this feels that same bond with you. Jesus is amazing. He is our healer, redeemer, Savior.

Man, Thank you so much for this testimony. You have no idea how close our stories are. Though my addiction isn't alcohol, it's Kratom, and my prescription diazepam is starting to come close to a problem if I'm not careful. I'm trying to escape from the pain of Huge problems I'm having at home and the seeming deterioration of my marriage. Thank you for your honesty and relatability man. I'm starting to cry now... damnit.
Hey man, we all got our issues ya know. Addictions are real and they are strong. Some people can beat them with motivation. Some can beat them with others support. And most people need god to help them. Some people never beat addictions. But you’re alive and acknowledging you have a problem ya know. And you’re analyzing what creates your problems. It says in the Bible “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he” if you believe things can happen or that you can do something and truly try. You can do it. I tried for over a decade to give up drink. Heavy nighttime drinker but I could go 2 nights and then I'd need to drink on the 3rd night. Spent months praying for god to help me take it away. 45 days ago my prayers were answered and God delivered me from alcohol and took away my depression and anxiety away with it. I've had zero cravings. It's like I have never drank alcohol ever in my life. No way is that will power as I've not needed it, the devil has thrown so much at me to try and make me drink but he can't win because God has freed me 🙏

Thank you for sharing your story, I have been battling over the years with marijuana I quit for 2 years God delivered me also he spoke to me clearly that it was an idol in my life. So I decided to surrender after that it was easy to quit I hated the smell never thought about it after it was around me a lot I never had any temptations for a long time I would even debate about Christians never should be smoking weed, until one night I had a thought (like I said there were people who I lived with still smoked) and it was sitting on the coffee table one night a thought hey maybe this little hit would help me sleep because I had been battling insomnia and now I'm battling smoking it again I'm not smoking as much as I used to but I do every night after work and I hate it. 😢thank you for this video I was meant to see this it gives me hope 👑🙏

Wow my wife sent me this testimony and man this is just way too close to my life and my experience I'm still in the battle praying and fighting soo hard but I have learned a lot with this testimony thank you I can't wait until I can do the same thing to encourage someone to!!! First time coming across your channel🙂. I've really enjoyed watching you and what you've said. My story is crazy similar to yours, but as I'm sitting here watching you, I'm busy thinking about getting another drink, to be honest. Had some earlier and now I'm craving again. I have been battling this addiction for years. I am in absolute torment every single day. I am so embarrassed and ashamed, since I am a leader God has made me responsible for so many things. I thank God that I am still doing what I need to do, I'm not really messing too many things up, I'm still honest and have integrity and do well etc, but this addiction is killing me. Please pray for me. My relationship with God is a lot better these days, I have finally stepped into what He has called me to do, I am ministering, I am trying to walk in obedience as much as possible, I'm praying a lot, in the Word a lot, I'm fasting, I serve at my church, I teach people the Word, I love what I do, I love people, many people love me and are inspired, I love the Lord so much and I think about him almost 24/7, but I just can't stay away from alcohol. I hate this life. Please pray for me😢

I appreciate you watching. If you feel you have to have those beers every night, then the alcohol is in control. You’re serving it as if it is your master. I know from experience. That’s probably what your wife is seeing. People around you can see the chains that hold you to whatever it is that you’re struggling with. I believe god brought you across this video to encourage you to make a change. Just know it’s a great thing when you can admit what you do and take others feelings into consideration. I didn’t see anything wrong with it at the time either but I was just lying to myself trying to justify my behavior. We’re all human. We just try to justify our behavior to make it seem not as bad as people make it out to be. I believe god is pulling on your heart to change your ways. He speaks to us in many ways. He’s using what he did for me to touch other people. All I am doing is sharing the good news to let others know he can do the same for them. He changed my life when he freed me from my alcohol addiction. And the beautiful thing is I never had a craving or temptation for alcohol since that day. Its a battle I no longer have to fight. It’s good that you only have a few beers instead of high amounts of liquor. You’re probably relaxing every night but not getting to the point of slurring your words or passing out which is good. But even if someone has 1 beer every night out of routine and they feel they need to have it, then they are held in captivity by it. We all deal with that. Even with caffeine, sugar, sex, nicotine consumption etc. it’s tough man. I appreciate you taking the time to listen to the whole story man. And thank you for your kind words! Of course. I had to share god’s goodness. And whatever it is you’re struggling with is just the devil holding you in captivity. I know it sounds crazy but it’s true. He does that to anyone he can. The only reason we (struggle) is because we are stuck in something that is hard to get out/away from. It’s doesn’t matter what you’ve done or what you’re doing, god still loves you more than you know. I still have my problems and my bad sinful days but I still haven’t had a drink since that day.. And haven’t ever craved it again either. It took a lot of searching to get free of that addiction. And if you’re struggling with addiction, trust me I understand. We all have addictions. From sugar, caffeine, nicotine all the way to drugs and alcohol. Even addicted to relationship stuff and social media etc.. Anyways, if you’re struggling with addiction in any shape or form, don’t let people say that you’ll always be addicted and that you’ll have to battle it the rest of your life and blah blah blah. That’s nonsense! You CAN be free of it. You don’t have to battle. I was set free and so were others that I know. The most important thing though is do NOT stop praying about it and KEEP asking for prayer. Everyday. I almost gave up and look what happened. Anyway.. sorry for the long reply. I just like to try to help people if I can. I’m not a preacher or anything. I’m just a normal human. But thank you for watching my video and I will pray for you right now!

I would pray for him and ask others to as well! It’s a very difficult chain to break once it is attached to you. I pray Jesus breaks that chain on him!

Hi Scott, loved your testimony. God is using you and please continue making your videos. You have a quality of being really honest and open... its really refreshing. By the way, I watched your most recent videos, but comments on them are disabled... all I wanted to say on them was keep going! What you have to say is very important. Also, you should buy a house (referring to your video about doing what you love). Renting is for the birds and is really only good if you're going to move in the near future. Anyway, just my 2 cents. The Lord delivered me from drinking and smoking! Also many other vices!
Praise God for changing your heart in this area! I watched the entire video. I encourage you to keep going to the church where you are at now and keep growing. Sounds like you are around some good people that you connect with and trust.
Recovered alcoholic for 38 years now. I started drinking at age 24 when I went into the Army. Never drank before that. Didn't become an alcoholic until sometime around age 30 to 32. At 34 I knew I was an alcoholic and I was very scared. My Son was on the way and like you I didn't want him growing up around it. I had a lay person I could talk to who was a Navigator Rep in my city. He began praying for me as well as others. I was a believer, but I had become trapped in this addiction.
I felt like I was in prison with the addiction. I didn't want to drink but I couldn't stop. I hated where I was at with it. It took me two years to finally break the stronghold, but March, 1986 was the last time I drank alcohol. And I never wanted to go back to it. I was so grateful to God for being free of it.
However, there was a lot more wrong with me inside than just being an alcoholic. Some of that got passed onto my Son because I didn't remain being discipled and going to church. I've had an on again and off again relationship with Him over the years. That's why I am encouraging you to keep going to church, meeting with a small group of Christian friends, encouraging one another. God will keep sanctifying you and hopefully your Son will grow up around a Dad who has changed enough that the things from your past don't impact him. God loves you and your family very, very much. He brings trials into our lives to grow us up in the faith. Always believe He loves you, no matter what happens.
Keep the faith! Christ is risen, that I know.

You just gave me hope. Your goal was to be done before your son was born. Jesus was 33 when he died on the cross. My goal is to be done before my 34th birthday in March. I just want so bad to not even crave much less think about drinking. Thanks again for sharing.
I’m so happy to hear that the power of testimony is so strong and true. I’m also happy that god used my story to reach others like yourself. He definitely freed me of my addiction a few months before my son was born and that was in November of 2019 when I was delivered. Still to this day I have not had a drop of alcohol and I have never once had a craving or temptation for it. Jesus literally broke the chains that held me captive. And by the way my birthday is also in March and I will be 30 this year. I truly believe god will deliver you my friend. He does things differently for everyone. Just stay in prayer. He knows what you want and knows what you need. He hears every thought and every word. He may not deliver you the way you want or when you want it. But I know for a fact that he will deliver you. I pray in Jesus name that god delivers you and breaks the chains of addiction that are attached to your mind, body and spirit. We cannot do these things on our own. They’re too strong for us to completely get rid of. You can fight the addiction for 10 years and not have a drink and it will get easier to avoid. But the truth is the addiction is still there. When you are delivered from it, god will COMPLETELY rid you of it and you’ll never want a drink again. Trust me when I tell you that is what happened to me. I really pray you get delivered! I’m glad the Lord saved and delivered him! For my husband alcoholism was his demise. My husband committed suicide in 2019. My faith in Jesus got me through. I pray that this guy never go back to living inside a bottle.❤

My son was raised in Christian school from 3 rd year to 15 years old and + he was going to church w/me on Sunday almost non stop ..
But in High School he moved to Large High School - big change and culture shock..
I pray for my son…it is very hard..

Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” I believe he is like the prodigal son and will return. You raised him up the way he should go as did my parents. Most will return and not depart from it. Prayer over his life will help. If I don’t pray like I should. The Holy Ghost speaks thrue His pastors and profits. All my life I'm in a church like this. That's awesome it's even more precious when God speaks to you thrue your pastor. You said, "I didn't have to fix all my problems." Quench all those troubles by drinking. Letting those sticky, messy and juicy concerns become instantly disappearing, with the magic alcohol solvent.
I get it. Now they are all just, 'there' and it's okay again.
Jesus and you. Jesus and you, working on troubles, concerns and issues together in just timing.
Maybe the time-line changed. Maybe everything no longer needed fixing all at once.
Maybe someone else really needed to hear that.
