I have watched ALL the episodes twice -- a few of them I have watched THREE times! AJ has a terrific format of explaining the whole story, and then exposing the lies or exaggerations. Most often, the viewer is left with a few interesting tidbits that cannot be explained and are open to interpretation and further research. In a couple of episodes, AJ wasn't able to poke many holes in the story and the viewer is left with his mind spinning. Very interesting!!! AND entertaining!!!

I have already seen every single episode@least 2x - there was one day here recently that I spent the entire day (after googling the seasons/episodes chronological order list) that I watched each one even if I had already watched it from start to finish… it was cool to see how from the beginning, AJ and Hecklefish was great right from S1/E1, but the show’s certainly changed format-wise and improved in every aspect over time… compared to the start, the way things are done now are eons ahead. I don't like that he debunks every story. I love conspiracy channels for a good mystery but instead we get... 'nope, not real' at the end of every video.
This is the only channel that actually keeps me wanting to watch more. It's like watching your favorite show and having to wait another week for a new episode to come out. But it's worth the wait.
Crackpot theory: Indrid Cold was showing Woody an Utopian planet based on Woody's own thoughts. It was a dream catered exclusively to him, and all of it was part of an experiment done to see how the individual would respond to being shown such stimuli and how our society at large would react to such a story.
You you may have something there. Ever watch the Twilight Zone where Aliens do experiments on humans to see what they will do. My favorite is where the lights go out in a neighborhood and the people slowly tur on each other. the only thing that the Aliens did was remove the power in a 1950s neighborhood.
The whole thing about individuals being paid based purely on the size of their families is absolutely ludicrous. It completely defeats the purpose of self-development and would cripple a society's economy and contribute massively to overpopulation. I'm 7 months late to commenting on this video because I only saw it now on my feed.

I have a lot of foundational differing beliefs than this channel purports, but I still love watching it. I stumbled upon it a couple weeks ago, too. I think it's so successful because of the dichotomy it presents on every topic. It's largely unbiased. Very fascinating show....
my partner loved mrballen until I pointed out he is largely just BS'n a good story (i;e his art is telling a story from a point of view that is not accessible to him.) personally, that's why I like him, but she dismisses him as phony now (i introduced her to his story telling). for me, I appreciate his ability to tell a believable and entertaining narrative from information others present as data points in their true crime explorations of the same experience. But she is firmly now unimpressed with his creative interpretation of events passed. ironically, she loves for me to read stories aloud.
@veryhumam7472 MrBallen does a wonderful and respectful job of telling true stories and when he tells it from a certain perspective, it's always based on fact whether it's police reports or confessions. He might pepper in little, unimportant details that make it a better story but it's never anything that changes or takes away from the truth of the story.

You'd think that if an extraterrestrial species wanted to make themselves known to humanity, then they'd just...make themselves known. They wouldn't just tell one guy driving on a rural road in West Virginia and ask him to spread it around.
What if they want to stay under the radar for reasons that we'll never know? It could be more of a spiritual/interdimentional phenomenon if it's not extra terrestrial or even terrestrial, we can't rule out aliens living among us with secret mountain and underwater bases.
That's what you'd think. But there could be complicated politics or something going on in the background that makes that difficult. Or something. Hypothetically speaking, of course.

Interesting.. I was in contact with Taunia Derenberger a year or two before her death. She told me that that Indrid and some of the "crew" would show up at their house and " mingle " with the people lurking outside. She said that they drove a Volkswagen beetle sometimes.

Wish my dad didn't have dementia now , he owned 8 acres on top of a hill in mineral wells ,it was going to be left to me but he sold the land years ago... For me ,at night,,a fear of tyrannosaurus Rex type creatures would kill me. And a sense of gloom . I wanted to own a few lamas there but all I have left is a painting of the land.

Really appreciate how you cover the for and against sides of each story. Even if a story is wholly or partly made it up, we can learn from it to spot the flaws in other stories. After testing all stories, hopefully the truth remains.
He’s an amazing story teller. Idk if he writes his own script or if he has writers, but his delivery paired with the images, really allows you to immerse yourself into the story
It's all crap 😂. Everything that guy came up with is exactly how someone in the 60s without a solid education would have come up with a story about an alien and technology and the planets,etc. It was all just to sell some books.

The James Webb space telescope was pointed there and it was discovered hundreds of thousands of galaxies that we didn't even know about..entire galaxies. Each one with billions of planets and trillions of stars. Just in that small tiny bit of space. You're insane if you think we're the only beings in this universe. I like the realer episodes. Don't enjoy the obviously fake stuff as much. Still enjoyable but slightly worse then real ones. No man just has aliens coming to him left and right and getting tours and aliens far away believing in God, and light travel but live like humans.

Was just in a severe car accident with my girlfriend. Car rolled over 6 times at 60mph and we both survived without even breaking any bones. Most of the time, they forget to do so. Saying "please like" in your video triggers a lot of people to actually "like" the video. It won't make random people to "like" it just because you tell them to, but as a reminder, it's working extremely well.
My family lived in a small rural town in West Virginia back in the 1950s, I wasn't born yet. But many years ago, my sister told me a story of looking out a window one evening and being startled to see a "smiling man" looking back at her. She screamed and called my mom, who called my uncle who was a policeman, he came out but they never found any trace of the man. It is a creepy story, and I always just pegged it as some vagrant peeping tom, but after hearing this story it makes me wonder, because she always said there was something unearthly about the man.
Like everyone else, I love the WF, and AJ and Hecklefish are fantastic hosts. Here in Wales, I have to wait till Friday morning to watch them, but every Friday on my drive to work, the guys keep me company. Outstanding channel.

I grew up in Parkersburg, WV, and my brother, an incredibly creative and gifted individual, was born in the early morning hours of November 2, 1966 at the same time that Woody first encountered the spacecraft.. Our family joke was that Chris was 'dropped of'' by Mr. Cold and that that is why he was so "different." He died suddenly in 2012. I sure miss him

These shows are that good and so well researched coupled with high level presentation, it's hard to fathom that a human has achieved all this. The facts, dialogue and including the mode and aesthetic, makes all these episodes compelling and extremely impressive. You sir are the epitome of how media and information, should be showcased.

Halfway through and it seems to me that Woody was a futurist who visited the World's Fair one times too many. I find it interesting how Lanulos is simply an idyllic version of Earth from the 60's and is described as utilizing technology that's (more or less) within reach of 1960's humanity (barring the spaceships, of course.)
They always are. The type of people who fake these things or hallucinate aren’t usually the brightest and their imagination is always the thing that lets them down. They rely on movies or books to build the fake world they’ve invented. That’s why the current things coming from the air force is so interesting because the people exposing their stories have little to gain and run the risk of ruining their impressive image.

Everyone makes Indrid Cold look nuts, but Woodrow Darrenburger only said he looked normal as any man with a good full head of dark hair combed straight back, and a friendly smile the whole time. He did say Indrid would be seeing him again and Woodrow said he wasn't looking forward to seeing him again, but he thought he would.

I was here in January of 2021 before there were even 1,000 subs, I want to say it was around mid-January. By June of 2022 it was somewhere around 180,000 subs. Then it just went parabolic.

In the mid 70s in northern Ohio, i had a psychic reading and it was done by Harold Hubbard who had written a book about Lanulos. I had no idea at the time who he was. He told me he was from Lanulos and there were many others here and that most here were short blonde hair blue eyed males. Here to prevent us from destroying earth. Besides telling me about himself he had indepth knowledge of my life and my families. He said amazing things, way before internet, he had no way to find out the things he knew.
Nevermind the naysayers. If you gained anything from the time spent with the psychic, then it was a good thing. I had a reading done in 2004/05(?) and the lady straight lied to me (husband was in Iraq; didn’t wanna upset me) but told my mom EVERYTHING. 2 years later my mom told me she knew all that was all gonna happen, the psychic had told her. She was 100% correct about EVERYTHING.
Psychic readings are all fake... They do it in a way to pull information from you. The psychic saw that you believed the reading, so decided to tell you they were also aliens... Lol

In the past two years, I’ve lost my older brother, my mother, my marriage to an affair my wife had, my house, and most recently, my girlfriend of 1 year moved out while I was at work because of financial issues I’m dealing with from the divorce. Many years ago, I lost my brother, both grandmas, and then my spouse of 7yr told me over the phone - while I was driving home cross country - that he "just couldn't grow old with" me. He didn't have an affair, but he did return to his controlling parents' religion; I came home to an empty house, wedding ring on the table. He closed our joint bank account, left all his crap behind, and his mom and dad changed his phone number. He never spoke to me, my family (who considered him their own son, especially after his parents cut him off for months when he left the faith), or even our mutual friends ever again. Everyone's pain is unique, so I can't pretend to "know how you feel." And I won't lie to you, you likely have some very hard times still ahead of you. But I CAN say, with certainty, that it'll be the good kind of hard times! The kind that are molding you into a better, stronger, smarter, kinder, more interesting human. A closed chapter is also a new chapter. From one divorcee who also got to keep the dog, mark my words: someday, you'll be so glad you have the dog, and not the wife or girlfriend. And if you want love again, I have no doubt you'll find someone even better suited for you - the new and improved you! Hang in there!!

I have already seen every single episode@least 2x - there was one day here recently that I spent the entire day (after googling the seasons/episodes chronological order list) that I watched each one even if I had already watched it from start to finish… it was cool to see how from the beginning, AJ and Hecklefish was great right from S1/E1, but the show’s certainly changed format-wise and improved in every aspect over time… compared to the start, the way things are done now are eons ahead. Thing is, AJ does intensive research into the topics he covers. More episodes would mean lower quality, because less time to research, edit, etc…
I don't like that he debunks every story. I love conspiracy channels for a good mystery but instead we get... 'nope, not real' at the end of every video.

It was a dream catered exclusively to him, and all of it was part of an experiment done to see how the individual would respond to being shown such stimuli and how our society at large would react to such a story.

my partner loved mrballen until I pointed out he is largely just BS'n a good story (i;e his art is telling a story from a point of view that is not accessible to him.)
personally, that's why I like him, but she dismisses him as phony now (i introduced her to his story telling).
for me, I appreciate his ability to tell a believable and entertaining narrative from information others present as data points in their true crime explorations of the same experience.
But she is firmly now unimpressed with his creative interpretation of events passed.
ironically, she loves for me to read stories aloud.
@veryhumam7472 MrBallen does a wonderful and respectful job of telling true stories and when he tells it from a certain perspective, it's always based on fact whether it's police reports or confessions. He might pepper in little, unimportant details that make it a better story but it's never anything that changes or takes away from the truth of the story.

You'd think that if an extraterrestrial species wanted to make themselves known to humanity, then they'd just...make themselves known. They wouldn't just tell one guy driving on a rural road in West Virginia and ask him to spread it around.
What if they want to stay under the radar for reasons that we'll never know? It could be more of a spiritual/interdimentional phenomenon if it's not extra terrestrial or even terrestrial, we can't rule out aliens living among us with secret mountain and underwater bases.

Interesting.. I was in contact with Taunia Derenberger a year or two before her death. She told me that that Indrid and some of the "crew" would show up at their house and " mingle " with the people lurking outside. She said that they drove a Volkswagen beetle sometimes.

Really appreciate how you cover the for and against sides of each story. Even if a story is wholly or partly made it up, we can learn from it to spot the flaws in other stories. After testing all stories, hopefully the truth remains.
yeah best approach to limit recency and primacy biases is to argue for both passionately when presenting initially.

My family lived in a small rural town in West Virginia back in the 1950s, I wasn't born yet. But many years ago, my sister told me a story of looking out a window one evening and being startled to see a "smiling man" looking back at her. She screamed and called my mom, who called my uncle who was a policeman, he came out but they never found any trace of the man. It is a creepy story, and I always just pegged it as some vagrant peeping tom, but after hearing this story it makes me wonder, because she always said there was something unearthly about the man.

As a WV native myself, growing up with stories about the silver bridge and the moth man, I have always wondered who Indrid Cold was. Was he even real? Maybe just a figment of a lonely man's imagination. Hard to tell!

I grew up in Parkersburg, WV, and my brother, an incredibly creative and gifted individual, was born in the early morning hours of November 2, 1966 at the same time that Woody first encountered the spacecraft.. Our family joke was that Chris was 'dropped of'' by Mr. Cold and that that is why he was so "different." He died suddenly in 2012. I sure miss him

Halfway through and it seems to me that Woody was a futurist who visited the World's Fair one times too many. I find it interesting how Lanulos is simply an idyllic version of Earth from the 60's and is described as utilizing technology that's (more or less) within reach of 1960's humanity (barring the spaceships, of course.)
They always are. The type of people who fake these things or hallucinate aren’t usually the brightest and their imagination is always the thing that lets them down. They rely on movies or books to build the fake world they’ve invented.
That’s why the current things coming from the air force is so interesting because the people exposing their stories have little to gain and run the risk of ruining their impressive image.

I was here in January of 2021 before there were even 1,000 subs, I want to say it was around mid-January. By June of 2022 it was somewhere around 180,000 subs. Then it just went parabolic.

In the mid 70s in northern Ohio, i had a psychic reading and it was done by Harold Hubbard who had written a book about Lanulos. I had no idea at the time who he was. He told me he was from Lanulos and there were many others here and that most here were short blonde hair blue eyed males. Here to prevent us from destroying earth. Besides telling me about himself he had indepth knowledge of my life and my families. He said amazing things, way before internet, he had no way to find out the things he knew.

Nevermind the naysayers. If you gained anything from the time spent with the psychic, then it was a good thing. I had a reading done in 2004/05(?) and the lady straight lied to me (husband was in Iraq; didn’t wanna upset me) but told my mom EVERYTHING. 2 years later my mom told me she knew all that was all gonna happen, the psychic had told her. She was 100% correct about EVERYTHING.
Psychic readings are all fake... They do it in a way to pull information from you. The psychic saw that you believed the reading, so decided to tell you they were also aliens... Lol

Many years ago, I lost my brother, both grandmas, and then my spouse of 7yr told me over the phone - while I was driving home cross country - that he "just couldn't grow old with" me. He didn't have an affair, but he did return to his controlling parents' religion; I came home to an empty house, wedding ring on the table. He closed our joint bank account, left all his crap behind, and his mom and dad changed his phone number. He never spoke to me, my family (who considered him their own son, especially after his parents cut him off for months when he left the faith), or even our mutual friends ever again.
Everyone's pain is unique, so I can't pretend to "know how you feel." And I won't lie to you, you likely have some very hard times still ahead of you. But I CAN say, with certainty, that it'll be the good kind of hard times! The kind that are molding you into a better, stronger, smarter, kinder, more interesting human. A closed chapter is also a new chapter.
From one divorcee who also got to keep the dog, mark my words: someday, you'll be so glad you have the dog, and not the wife or girlfriend. And if you want love again, I have no doubt you'll find someone even better suited for you - the new and improved you! Hang in there!!
