I'm pleased to say I have the exact same engine in my car.
I'm disappointed to say that my car is a Corolla and weighs about twice as much as this Lotus. Ah well.

Just staying in the lift why did they not put this ecu in the celica.

the lotus tuning causes lots of wear on 2zz's cams. Standalone ecu can achieve same even better performance and no reliability issues.
