    The FPC ROCKS!!! I've been an NRA member for over 40 years, and the NRA-ILA hasn't done squat to protect my 2A rights in California that I can see. The FPC actually goes to court and fights for us. THANK YOU.

    The Weimar Republic of Germany 1918-1933 Started a gun registry for (Public Safety). Some of the politicians at the time warned, of the possibility of this information getting into the wrong hands.

      First it was Bontagate. Now it’s Riverside County Sheriff sending the list of CCW holders’ names to CBS. Permits and concealed carry bans need to go. Bruen said that concealed carry bans may be allowed, but should they? Absolutely not.
      Yes, the Nazis used gun registries to disarm “politically unreliable” people and Jews.

      Well...NY Court said to give back fired folks jobs and give them back pay...NYC is ignoring it and still terminating cops. It's called contempt of court. They don't care

    • @AllNighterHeider
      @AllNighterHeider Год назад +3

      Our rights are not infringed, they're subverted. See the 14th amendment as it reads "...and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...". That right there is one of the many contracts by which consent is given to have rights exchanged for privileges with fees attached. It's not a popular outlook, but we have done this too ourselves through ignorance of the legal system. To be fair, it was designed to be overwhelming, but how much effort is ones freedom worth?

    During the hearing on the proposed bill in NJ the chief sponsor was told by other supporters that they did not believe that it was Constitutional and would likely not survive a court challenge post Bruen. The chief sponsor replied "The Constitution is not my concern. My only interest is in keeping the residents of NJ safe." I would point out that any politician who does not care about the Constitutionality of a law they are pushing is doing the exact opposite of keeping anyone safe. My question is, and its a legal question...there is a federal statute about passing illegal acts under the color of law. Here you have a politician admitting, blatantly, that it is an unconstitutional measure and that they willfully are passing it anyway. Under the statute, can that politician be prosecuted?

    Check your uninformed consent. Learn contract law and discover the contracts that the state uses to subvert your rights. Then fix these contracts and get your rights back. We created the gov. therefore we are not subject to it WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
