This is awesome. I've just discovered It's a Bird... it's a plane... it's Superman! I love that Linda Lavin still sings this.
Was in the audience of Superman when it played in Philadelphia 50+ years ago. She and this song were the best parts.

She originated the song--if anything, the musicians should be influenced by her, not the other way around.
