@@ShikiKhorinthian zerg have it much better than protoss, for sure. But ghost still counters pretty much the entire zerg army, just not quite as hard as they do protoss.

I really wish they'd make hydra's hatch tech units. Leave the upgrades behind Lair tech. Zerg need something other than Queens for anti air at the start of games.

@@alesholman801protoss needed the nerfs for lower levels tho, the new ability will be further tweaked to make it good for the highest tier players, hopefully making protoss balanced at all levels of play

I've watched a lot of SC2 casters, so take it from me. Winter is PEAK SC2 casting. You won't find a better one, no matter how much you search. So congrats on hitting the jackpot~
@@thefalsehero True, on general SC2 casting, but PiG excels in his "special series" like Florencio Files, Salt Mines, King of Cannons, etc. Winter does have a special series ofc, called "All of Dark's games", which is about the only time the "wth is he doing" goes mainstream....
Well to many Winter is the MVP when it comes to StarCraft videos, not to say the other casters are not amazing aswell. But to make the videos even more entertaining try to learn how the different races plays, and a bit of the gameplay. Enjoy!

Only really thought of it because of that perfect positioning from Clem, but I love that Hellbats are literally just a wall, with a flamethrower...

This was a hell of a series! I loved the little adaptations in the early parts of game 2 and game 3!
The best minerals (M) to health (H) ratio for the viper consume is the as follows:
Extractor = 25 M for 500 H
= 20 health per mineral.
Evolution chamber = 75 M for 750 H
= 10 health per mineral
Hatch (patch) = 275 M for 1500 H
= 5.45 health per mineral (but helps with larva / troop placement)
Spore = 75 M for 300 H (patch)
= 4 health per mineral (defense)
Spine = 100 M for 300 H
= 3 health per mineral (defense)
The key take away is to get the utility of the macro hatch for the viper energy battery, you would have to pay twice the price. Extra Evo chambers is a good idea, as they are twice the health per mineral I feel they should first hit the extractors / hatchery to get the regeneration on multiple buildings. But I also feel choosing which building to consume is not the highest priority for a busy player.
It would be a nice quality of life features if you could queue up consume on any building and the viper will go to the highest health % building within sight and consume from there (prioritizing, consumed extractors and then non-upgrading evolution chambers).

Maybe Clem is hungover from partying since winning world championships
zerg and terran switched places on midgame control and lategame control. To explain, WOL and HOTS zerg was about reaching late game and terran trying to hinder it by exploiting midgame. Now terran is about reaching late game and zerg is about stopping it. Serral was doing it already before his military service, I believe the rest of the zerg pros caught up.
Maybe you should stop being such a fanboy and coming up with stupid reasons. He is not gonna sleep with you sorry, he just simply lost game 1 (haven’t seen rest yet)

Honestly, Shin won off mindgames alone
Very proud of him for the adrenal glands and such, he's making good moves and anticipating great things if he continues
But Clem specifically, he choked, it took the crippling pressure off, and Shin ran with the advantage - the issue against Clem is getting that advantage, not as much using it once you have it
Great mindgames, but aside from that only kept on par with Clem (still a huge achievement) but didn't outplay him
And again, well done Shin for remembering Adrenal Glands, looking forward to more Shin games

Clem lookin' a BIT like he's been spending weeks off racing instead of hammering the terran ladder?
As someone who grew up in the infancy of online strategy gaming - where it was generally played out to the last unit - it always kind of grinds my gears to see the modern player inevitably give up, early or late. Just occurred to me; this isn't an ideal set to post on, as no game was close. Almost every time someone concedes, there is no chance of victory - and being fifty times the player I am, X pro competitor is almost certainly correct in believing that - and it still bothers me. Especially if it's the last game of some championship; how important are (what folks now consider) manners? I guess important enough that the player's following would humiliate him for not recognizing/admitting defeat earlier? Just musing.
