A Uber driver essentially runs a non registered business. So those who are familiar with the intricacies of credit cards know what he is saying. I already know you can have a business credit card without a business, you just have to know how to do it.

If you have excellent credit the the world is your oyster. If you have a bank you normal bank with, they may be easier to get a biz cc. I personally like the chase ink cards.

Here are three questions (with explanations) 1. I've had an American Express CORPORATE card for years now. Messed up on it once because I was not aware I did not set it up properly for my company to pay the bill for me every month. Paid off the $400 balance I had and been good ever since. Every month, I buy a $127 New York City Metro Card with the card, go into "My Wallet" and have the company pay for it. Is there anyway I can use THAT card (which is in MY name) to benefit me on a personal level? The late payment did NOT affect my personal score. 2. I have a business where I sell shapewear, but I believe it is under my business partner's name, but I am sure I can get my name added. I make a few hundred dollars a month from it and started it in January. How can I leverage this to get a business credit card? Keep in mind my personal FICO score is in the mid 600s (higher depending on the version of FICO used), however, my Trans and Equifax is at a consistent 733. Have ONE late payment (from Verizon) on my history, which I paid off in February 2020 for $400. THAT seems to be what is holding down my FICO. Oh, I have 3 personal credit with on time payments for the past 2 years or so. One late payment (by one day) from 2 years ago. 3. I have my own RUclips channel which I see to monetize. Can I claim that as a business?

I went ahead and applied for the BOA business credit card. Got approved! My question though, If I go ahead and applied for an EIN number, can I update the card with that later? Also, once I get the EIN, am I required to file taxes every year whether I make money or not?
So in this type of situation, I was just wait until I needed to apply for another Business credit card to use the EIN number. Because certain banks will allow you to get repeat sign up bonuses for different EIN numbers since there are different businesses. As for taxes goes, you would still file taxes as you normally would for any type of business.

This guy is right, trying to get a business card with only EIN and no bus credit established is next to impossible anymore. People promoting the idea that you can get a free EIN then use it instead of SSN, they are lying to you.
I can only speak from my person experience but last year I opened a Chase Ink Card with just an EIN and no business credit established. Maybe it's because I have a nice history with Chase but I was instantly approved when I filled it out online.
I wouldn't recommend manufactured spending. Could negatively impact your credit. I would instead recommend plastiq. It's a website you can pay expenses with. For example, I pay my rent using plastiq. I've hit the minimum requirements from Chase within 3 months.

Bro a coworker started his own business doing hotshots (towing items on a trailer) and lied on annual income by shifting money around, faking receipts and he received a ridiculously high credit limit. Meanwhile I answered $0 on my INK application and received a whopping $3K limit for business card. He's obtaining much needed capital and I'm in limbo right now.
Love your vids. Business credit cards often needs a PG (personal Guarantor) so banks use personal credit when at default..unless you are a well known old brand..
i think amex biz card easier to get approved.. i applied there since i only learned about biz cards after getting to 5/24.. i just followed everything here, sole proprietor, no employees, prospective annual earning 12k, possible expense per month 1k, got approved for amex biz with 5k credit limit.. thanks Naam..!
information is kinda misleading you say you can get a business credit card with no business but don't lean on the fact you can't get business credit without personal credit. Im a musician generating revenue and have little to no credit history so I'm just wondering does that mean I need to build my personal credit for I even try to apply
Banks will look at your overall credit exposure, income, and overall credit worthiness to determine the debt load you can carry in a worst case scenario (using all of your available revolving credit plus your other credit obligations ) Some banks will let you request the limit but that will not guarantee approval. They’ll refer to those factors I just mentioned.
Im looking to get one, but what about personal expenses? Im looking to put purely personal expenses can i use the card as a workhorse card and what about taxes? Do i have to put everything i buy on my taxes?

@@robertsimms8354 Yea I get that. When I first applied for Chase Ink, I did inside the branch. I also put my income as being 5000 annually, yet I had no income. But I was starting an Amazon FBA business. So I too had higher expenses. It all depends on your personal credit score and income at first, since they really don't have any other info on you. You may want to try inside a branch too if you're not having any luck online.

I have an llc for a tile Cleaning business but my bank is wells Fargo and I want a chase business credit card can I get both?...my fico 8 and 9 scores are 750-770 across all 3 agencies.I have been with wells Fargo for 20 year's so hopefully I can get one with my Tile Cleaning LLC. Yes you can. Since you have bank loyalty with Wells Fargo that would be the bank I’ll go with first since you will have the best odds. Depending how many personal credit cards you opened in the last 24 months, chase business credit cards are my favorite.

Storm Walton No problems man. If you bank with that bank too it does help. I applied for the Chase Ink the same time I opened a business checking a account. Your approval odds may improve while in branch.

Hi Naam, I am getting an unemployment payment every two weeks. I received 2 payments so far since I got on unemployment. I get around $500. Per week but I never received the extra $600. weekly, that I heard you mentioned. Also the IRS offset my tax refund for this years filling. The offset was done on 24th March because of my students loan which I am on a payment plan for. They said to me that they will refund me the offset amount however I haven’t received it and I’m not sure if they will give it back. Do you know how the department of education is handling these offset amounts that they said they will pay back? I am wondering, since to date I cannot get back my offset payment is it possible the IRS is also taking the extra 600$ from the stimulus too since I’ve not received this extra 600$ weekly?
I really havent looked into paypal for credit. If your asking using paypal for business line of credit, you have to have an established business for a few months using their service and then they can give you working capital if you meet that criteria.

You can you just need to have easier accounts to get reporting first. I teach this.
What if you have personal bad credit?
Main issue is spending $5000 in 3 months related to meeting the minimum spend to grab the sign up bonus.

That’s going to be rough. You want to consider a secured business card like from Wells Fargo. But I make be better for you to wait after your able to boost your score more.

TBH I have know clue how banks determine your credit limit. I wish I could be better help.
Banks will look at your overall credit exposure, income, and overall credit worthiness to determine the debt load you can carry in a worst case scenario (using all of your available revolving credit plus your other credit obligations ) Some banks will let you request the limit but that will not guarantee approval. They’ll refer to those factors I just mentioned.

No, they don't care. You can use it as you normally would any card.

@@robertsimms8354 Yea I get that. When I first applied for Chase Ink, I did inside the branch. I also put my income as being 5000 annually, yet I had no income. But I was starting an Amazon FBA business. So I too had higher expenses. It all depends on your personal credit score and income at first, since they really don't have any other info on you. You may want to try inside a branch too if you're not having any luck online.

I have an llc for a tile Cleaning business but my bank is wells Fargo and I want a chase business credit card can I get both?...my fico 8 and 9 scores are 750-770 across all 3 agencies.I have been with wells Fargo for 20 year's so hopefully I can get one with my Tile Cleaning LLC. Yes you can. Since you have bank loyalty with Wells Fargo that would be the bank I’ll go with first since you will have the best odds. Depending how many personal credit cards you opened in the last 24 months, chase business credit cards are my favorite.

Storm Walton No problems man. If you bank with that bank too it does help. I applied for the Chase Ink the same time I opened a business checking a account. Your approval odds may improve while in branch.
@@NaamWynn Thanks my guy will try it almost 30 year's with them and I have a Well Fargo Platinum Visa for the last 6 year's no Trifecta yet lol but I have 10 hard inquiries on my Experian and Equifax but only 3 on my Transunion most from when I brought my pickup truck at Nissan 16 months ago.🤞

Hi Naam, I am getting an unemployment payment every two weeks. I received 2 payments so far since I got on unemployment. I get around $500. Per week but I never received the extra $600. weekly, that I heard you mentioned.
Also the IRS offset my tax refund for this years filling. The offset was done on 24th March because of my students loan which I am on a payment plan for. They said to me that they will refund me the offset amount however I haven’t received it and I’m not sure if they will give it back.
Do you know how the department of education is handling these offset amounts that they said they will pay back? I am wondering, since to date I cannot get back my offset payment is it possible the IRS is also taking the extra 600$ from the stimulus too since I’ve not received this extra 600$ weekly?

I really havent looked into paypal for credit. If your asking using paypal for business line of credit, you have to have an established business for a few months using their service and then they can give you working capital if you meet that criteria.
