Hey why do ya gotta tap 'about device' or 'about phone' 7 times to turn on 'developer options' when it has it's own switch which you use to turn it on or off? I did the 7 times thing then went to 'developer options' and turned it off but 'about device' says it's still on and now my phone is screwing up, it's a Net 10 locked phone, wonder if that's why cause other normal things never worked on it like being able to move apps and set up pages like I want them.

How to turn off the option that says "sensor off" because I press on the sensor and turn it off and I even turn off the developer option but the sensor still shows. What should I do?
