After not been able to work out for 10 month cause of Covid19 (Have been sick that is) Im so happy to do these workouts and laugh how I cant do pushups anymore, but we all start on our knees and work us up! We need to crawl before walking and walk before running! Never forget that and push on! After being sick for so long Im happy to be doing the lightest version of everything and even skip and just stand in a plank until next exercise.

Doing a Journal of this workout every day for a month Day 1:✔️: Only a 5 min workout and I feel tired after all of it. (Fasting and Calorie deficit is happening as well) Day 2: ✔️: It kicked my ass hard Day3: ✔️: Getting used to it slowly Day 4: ✔️: I have mastered the end of the workout. Day 5: ✔️: The final day since my rest days are the weekend. Notes and final thoughts / This workout was easy but since there’s no breaks it kicks a person like me ass from time to time. I see a little bit of change but doing it more and more could change a bit.

Day 3: Started good and did everything except half of the Narrow Push Up and half of the Shoulder Push Up, but I'll do my best and focus on that tomorrow! Day 4: Did it just before going to bed, not recommendable, you should do it in the morning, I had to skip the narrow one because my whole body was shaking but I did nearly the whole workout, Yesss! Tomorrow I'll try doing it in the morning and will do the best to complete the whole workout. Day 5: Sunday - Free day haha Day 6: Did the lower body workout to change the workout a bit Day 7: Just did some push ups, too lazy today haha Big summer lazy break September : going to the gym now, thats why I didn't post updates, uh, sorry guys and girls 😅 9th November: I´m back, first time I do this workout again after April? I still believe his 30s are 1min, this guy is a machine... Had to rest the last 5-7s on most of them except Superman and the first two exercises. Come back tomorrow and I tell you more about dying when doing workout. 10th November: Forgot to do it. Ups 11th November: Went to gym today, tomorrow I'll do it I promise 12th November: Did the whole workout today except Narrow Push-Ups. Try to get a friend to do it with you, way funnier :D

I've been trying to do this for a while now and when I first did it, it was a bit sad lol Now while I can now do push ups, I can barely get through an excercise and have to have a break. It's so tough! And I'm so weak weeeheeee

I must admit you make the best freehand workouts. Your workouts look so easy to do, but these are very very challenging to finish. Your 5 minutes are 50 minutes to me to finish
I like that is not needing any equipment, so that makes it possible for poor people like me. Good video. The way your body looks is how i kind of want mine to be one day.
