Expanding on my thoughts on CP (will talk about this in a video later today):
I feel the CP should be higher on Mewtwo because it's Mewtwo BUT, due to raids being very hard for people in certain areas, I think having it below the 50,000 CP mark will make it doable for smaller raid communities which is important.

I personally think that Pokemon should be more plentiful in rural/country areas than in cities. It makes more sense, too! There are more wild animals living in the wild then there are in cities, right? And anyways, it would be balanced: whilst cities have more pokestops and gyms, country/rural areas have more Pokemon.

Watching this video in the near end of 2020 is so strange to me. The fact nobody is social distancing or even wearing a mask is a shocker, yet it shouldn't be. YOU want the CP of Mewtwo to be bigger???? You always have 20 people for these raids! You have no idea what it would be like playing in an area that doesn't have 20 people for every raid. Mewtwo raids are gonna be 10/10 difficulty to find anyway and you want it to be harder..... you get it for free and you want it harder... try living somewhere other than LA and raiding in places that don't have 20 people every raid.

honestly people were I live there are a good amount of pokemon go players but not enough for say if a lugia raid spawns not near a main area people will be there or even in a main area I usual basically roll a dice and gamble off a raid pass (its never worked!)

It's just a testament to if you pay Niantic enough you get anything and there really isn't anything difficult about what was supposed to be the MOST challenging Pokémon to get in the game... I'm massively disappointed. (And yes I'm aware we will get our own chance... but seriously? 100% with 50+ balls... that's a actual joke.)
My thoughts exactly. Indo not understand how these youtube players think this is fun. We, the great mass, have to grind this game, and they have done so to, suddenly they are delivered Lugia, and now Mewto. Where is the fun in that? Where is the fun in catching a legendary sitting in a SEAT at a stadium with 50 balls(!) and you only havte use one. I do not get it. My poor son haven't got Lugia yet after hunting it around town for nine times. But when he gets it, it will be very satisfactory just because of that grinding.

change the time setting on your phone to automatic and you should be good

Yes raids are scheduled at a certain time for everyone doing the current raid, so if your phone is not on automatic time settings then it will say "Error". I had this problem before so all you have to do is turn automatic time on
