We can actually see the background that’s a bonus since most RUclipsrs have gone to this cinematic crap setup where they blur the background and add stupid lights in the back. Good video here!!
At 3:13, I noticed there's only 1 XLR Input. I want to be able to record my Reamped Guitar Pedal FX In stereo. Do I need to find a 2 Channel Reamp box? Or do I just need a 2 Channel DI Box ?
Get Radial J48. From the description (www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/J48--radial-j48-1-channel-active-48v-direct-box): Innovative Merge Function But great sound is not the only innovation: The Radial J48 introduces several new functions that improve functionality and open the doors for greater creativity. The input panel features the usual 1/4" instrument input and thru-put connections. An innovative Merge function converts the thru-put into a second input to sum stereo sources to mono such as stereo keyboards or CD players when mixer input channels may be of short supply. A -15dB pad may also be inserted when confronted with abnormally high signals.
i want to reamp this with acoustic guitar line out of my clarett 2pre thunderbolt to a radial engineering reamp box then into a fishman loudbox artist amp think that would improve di sound for acoustic ?
no there's another unit by Radial that just effects reamping, this one here in this video is for guitar sound, the one I am talking about is for effects. so you can adjust the level , kind and everything else too. whether it be reverb. delay, chorus. whatever.
What's the point of the trim pot on these things if it has to be at full volume? I just got this same re amp box and the only way it to get the level needed out of my amp is by cranking the box trim from 0 to full on 10.
What do you think about a passive re-amp box vs. powered?
Good explanation. Thanks for this
No matter what I do I can not get this to work. I'm using a loadbox and IRs. Does reamping not work unless you are using a real microphone?

what if I want to connect the output (isolated) to a pedal/s is this possible?
Thanks Shia
What if your interface don't have an output. Can I use my Macs headphone output to a re amp box and record it on another device?

Yes this is a problem there are other new reamp boxes out there to combat this
@@christopherdunn317 recommendations?
@@MykEviiL they got two or more so look around before you just pick that one
@@MykEviiL Signal Art 'Ang'ReAmp this is the one i'd go with since its the loudest
I think radial has a built in transformer on output 2 it could be why it sounds better to you
Isn’t 0 is too hot? I would think you would wanna give yourself more head room, just from my experience
ATHF rules!
line to instrument level then
LINE 6 AHH............ HORRID SOUND
