Only difference he missed is it's underage grooming and using his fame to manipulate teens to commit sexual abuse on (allegedly I guess) which is why it's fked up, but that's the jumping point of the joke and to start a racial commentary so it's fine.

R Kelly had a trial in 2008 I think over the video of him and a 14 year old. Not sure why he wasn't convicted but he found a way to convince the jury she wasn't 15 . ( I don't think they knew who she was so the police couldn't prove actual age ) In reality thinking the person is underage makes it illegal even when the person is a 24 year old cop. If she looks underage, by law, she is considered underage, unless the accused can prove she wasn't. That is the law in most states.
