You could do a test of the cooler without camera cuts and take the ambient and cooler temperature to see how long it takes to reach -12 degrees and if it really is frosty?
You should use use display cable or other high quality meter to show Wattage and uses with correct cable and adaptor, example, PD/PD PPS + 5A calbe to test out it limit
