    Awesome man. I’ve been a Jiu Jitsu competitor for sometime now, and I don’t know your technique or game really, but just give it your all man. You have awesome heart and that transfers into any sport or martial art.

    For me knee pain is caused when i use loads I'm not ready for or I'm not warmed up for, you could try doing some mobility stretches before you squat but I'm no expert I wish you luck. Ps sick set up I love the cinder blocks and sticks

    because your squat form isnt the best your bending and putting all the weight on your knees instead of your ass. When you go down with the weight think like your sitting on a chair you kinda want to ark your ass. Just look up proper form for squats. Keep Grinding!!

    5:45 I like to do dynamic streches before a work out and stats stretching after. And I also like to do a dep squat stretch as well too
