What an Amazing testimony we can do anything for ourselves, let alone someone else, BUT God can fix what is broken inside of us. I'm not sure what you mean here. If you mean don't rely 100% on a church to interpret the Bible for you, agreed. I have one advice however... Manage this channel amd especially the comment section with an "experienced" Christian. There is so many wild things and theologies that can suck us in quicker than we think, because at First they seem to Line Up. And everybody shares those on here, especially the comment section will be something you will be confronted with. It would be heartbreaking to have you go astray because of you sharing your faith. So be wise and take somebody along for the ride! :)

I'm not sure what you mean here. If you mean don't rely 100% on a church to interpret the Bible for you, agreed. If you mean stay away from a community in Christ who can help and encourage her, this advice couldn't be more wrong. Scripture is very clear that we need to gather together with other believers.

Suggestion: grown your hair out and start dressing more like "who God created you to be, a Woman!" Walk the walk of who you were created to be. You don't have to exaggerate it with makeup and all the frills, but just start with little steps. You are beautiful inside and out and Jesus is the best and there is NO life without Him. Just come to Him often and talk to Him as a dear friend. He loves you and your son. Show your son what a woman looks like outwardly and inwardly. Start with your hair and embrace your beauty.
I’m a born again Christian WOMAN too. And I shave my head so I don’t think growing her hair out really matters unless she wants to. It’s not the outward appearance that matters. It’s what’s in your heart that truly matters. God looks at the heart.
