Hope you all enjoy today's EPIC collaboration video. As always, let us know what you liked best about this video. Right afterwards, go and check out Amanda and Felix, where we show them around our local favorites in Tokyo. ruclips.net/video/g0B-ZgPCUXA/видео.html
I love that you guys got together in Hawaii to explore all the awesome hidden gems and then Amanda and Felix came to Japan. The food looks fabulous there in Hawaii, I love the desserts especially 😍
Awesome video! Cool with Amanda and Felix! I just watched their video with tabieats. Nakano looks cool. I’ll be in Japan next month can’t wait. Mahalo for all your cool awesome videos! Aloha take care
It was great to have Amanda & Felix take you around to their favorite local spots that donʻt get advertised as much as the ones popular with tourists, just as you took them to your favorite places in Nakano and Kōenji. Glad you got to try things you never had on all your trips to Hawaiʻi (or when Shinichi was growing up.) The strip mall is kind of new, so the places you visited have been relocated from their original locations. Great collaboration with TabiEats and Amanda & Felix Eats! All of you can appreciate Japanese and Hawaiʻiʻs Local food!
Enjoyed the whole video! All the servings of main dishes in those lunch boxes look ENORMOUS! 🤤 But I think the shortribs and chicken will be the kinds you'll eat until you don't realize you're finished with the piece you're working on, because it's that yummy. The desserts look waayyy to good to have only 1 piece of each flavour! 🍩
I believe you can get the strawberry (+orange, apple, cinnamon, haupia) malasadas any time of the year, not just seasonal. BUT, you kind of have to come earlier in the day to make sure they have everything. If you come later in the afternoon, they may be sold out on some items.
Hello. Been traveling and away from the Internet but now I'm trying to catch up on your videos. Hawaii? Only been there twice. Flew in and flew out twice,. Food looks so good. Thank you two.
Thank you, watched your video. We’ve passed by all these spots in Mapunapuna and Kapalama but haven’t gotten around to try them. Usually end up at Young’s for Hawaiian food. Also watched the companion feature of local spots in your neighborhood with Amanda and Felix. The curry bread looked really good, have had the one at Boulangerie Bonheur previously which I thought was pretty good, still warm from the oven. And I must apologize for my screen name. OMG I had no idea, my son set it up as a goof when he was back in high school, probably still thinks it’s funny.
One place we like in Ebisu is Konbuya at the top of Garden Place Glass Square. Delicious oden with a good sake selection in a nice modern setting. We like sitting on the counter so we can choose the offerings simmering in front of us, but the tables have an amazing night view of the Tokyo skyline. An upscale setting so more pricey than a casual oden restaurant, but a great date spot or for a special night out. The tsukune there was surprisingly delicious.
Great video. Several stalls down from Sugoi and across the parking lot from Kamehameha Bakery is Utage Restaurant. I bet you guys would love their Okinawan food. They have favorites like Soki Soba and Goya Chanpuru that you can get with Spam.
That all looked great. But, I would love to try the garlic chicken. Need a closer look at the spaghetti cold salad. Was it thick spaghetti? Cut into pieces? Never heard of this one.
OMG! The plate lunches at Kau Kau Grill!! I'm a vegetarian and my mouth is watering! And the sushi at Monarch Seafoods looks delish!! I always enjoy your collabs with Amanda & Felix Eats. Love to all. ❤
Wow so cool another Amanda and Felix collaboration!!! The food looked so good! I"ve never been to any of those places! Thanks for sharing guys! Aloha =)
The spaghetti mayo salad is the original. It is made with a few peas, sometimes a bit of grated carrot. The gourmet version has some salad potato mixed in.
I miss kau kau griila food truck across from my house :( i never get out to mapunapuna when they are open happy to see them still going though they are awesome!
I just found you guys today and am loving your content!!! I’m unfamiliar with what you say before the first bite. What are the words you say, and what does it mean? Sounds like “danki mas” ..

The food on Honolulu looks so good. I went to visit my friend who lives on the Big Island last year and was so disappointed with the food there.
Great collaboration!

Everything looked so ono! Mahalo for a great episode!!
Barely 1:20 into this video and I'm already telling my husband we need to visit Hawaii for the local food.

That all looked great. But, I would love to try the garlic chicken. Need a closer look at the spaghetti cold salad. Was it thick spaghetti? Cut into pieces? Never heard of this one.
It was your typical size spaghetti noodles but cut up into smaller pieces.
Thank you for sharing all the hidden gems, loving all the collaboration!

The spaghetti mayo salad is the original. It is made with a few peas, sometimes a bit of grated carrot. The gourmet version has some salad potato mixed in.
So 楽しい when you collaborate with Amanda and Felix. There are many more good eating places in Kalihi. Original Pancake House is my favorite and Utagi.
The food looks delicious...
I found this channel yesterday and I'm already a fan 😭🧡
I ❤ Monarch’s crab stuffed ahi and Sugoi’s garlic chicken too 😊 so yummy!!

I love Okinawa karage chicken. Haven't found one here.
I just found you guys today and am loving your content!!! I’m unfamiliar with what you say before the first bite. What are the words you say, and what does it mean? Sounds like “danki mas” ..
We always say Itadakimas, which is said before meals here in Japan. It means something like, thank you for the food I’m about to eat
👍👍
Damn went last month 😢 this would of been help-full
I love ribs
🖖
Wow, didn't know mochiko chicken is not usually done in Japan!
I put open pit on my ribs
Another deliciously satisfying episode you guys!
U can tell shinichi don’t like the garlic chicken
Haha I actually liked it a lot. It was just the smell of it was so intense upon opening the container, it caught me off guard.
Dude I'm not even joking...she looks like Fiona from Shrek
sucks when foreigners call themselves locals after displacing REAL Natives.
the only reason foreigners call themselves locals is because they got rid of the indigenous people from their neighborhoods.
